Having a son very interested in football I have followed Protec Academy for a long time. I saw they were offering Talent ID days this season and registered my Son for a place. He successfully gained a place and enjoyed the training session very much. He was also identified by a scout that was present which gives young talented players a chance that they may not ever have got. For Protect to offer this amazing opportunity to young children is so selfless and shows that they really do have players best interest at heart and they will go above and beyond to support, educate and offer any help they can! Thankyou Pete and the Protec team.

Protec spend a lot of time on improving their players by their understanding of football,
They are very patient and equal to all of their players.
My son is very happy here and is really enjoying his time at protec!

Terrible management probably the worst I have seen. Parents are not kept informed of anything unless they ask. Don't expect to know how well your child is doing or a development programme. Children are moved between age groups at such a pace with no logic usually because a coach has left.

I truly believe that hard work and dedication will always help your child achieve success
Protec works on formulars and movement on the pitch, working as a team and working to your best ability to aceive it.
I have seen my son grow in confidence and self belief, yes he does work hard on his skills element away from Protec in his own time, however Protec show him how to use those skills correctly in a game.

Thank you for all you have done so far and we look to even more success in the future.

When I met Pete Edwards, Head Coach and Director of Protec Football Academy and Martin Taylor, Founder and Director of Future Stars Pro are both very professional with a wealth of experience about the football industry and great eye in identifying many young and talented footballers.

Pete has over 20 years of experience working within the football industry and his experienced coaching staff continue to focus on the players development as a top priority in terms of their technical skills, positional and tactical awareness for their players to succeed in their football journey.

The players are surrounded by experienced coaches and Martin Taylor's breadth of football experience helped to improve my son and all the players with constructive feedback and encouragement to help further improve and develop the players performance during Protec's football training sessions and when the Protec Academy play in JPL matches in London on the weekends.

The players invited to train at Protec are committed, dedicated with a desire to succeed and willingness to learn and the players are supported by experienced and committed coaches who week on week improve and develop the quality of their players and playing together as a team.

My son attended a soccer school at Southampton FC recently during October Half-Term this year. When the football training course was completed at the end of the week his football coach invited my son to join their player pathway program for the U12s and I accepted the invitation on his behalf. I would to thank Pete and his coaching staff for developing and enhancing my son's football skills and confidence to be selected into the player pathway program at Southampton FC.

I would highly recommend Protec Football Academy to any parent with a young talented footballer who has a desire to succeed, willingness to learn with a great team player attitude to enhance their development from Protec's experienced coaching staff to bring out the best in a player.

I would also highly recommend Martin to parents in preparing a professional, honest and very thorough report about their son's football performance. Martin's details assessment reports are invaluable to any young talented footballer who would like to know the areas to focus on and improve in order to reach a level in their football skills that football clubs are looking for in a player.

All about the money for these guys. Main coach hardly ever turns up to train or games,he only comes to pick up all the training fees,instead training is carries out by parents not proper coaches. Not really run like a proper academy.

Also they are very clever as they constantly keep mentioning scouts from arsenal and chelsea, but thats just a way of getting parents to sign up and buy their merch which is hardly used ie blazer.

Also communication is terrible, they dont give out no ones contact number and you have to email if you need something. If you ask the coach he will ask you to email the academy, very fustrating when you want to speak to someone.

Not recomended from our experience.

They’re, Always upbeat and the coaching is better than I’ve seen locally, they were recommended to us and I’m glad we’re there, my son is loving it!
