جيت على اللوكيشن على اساس ازور المكتب واكتشفت ان اللوكيشن جابني على مقر سكن خاص بناس وماله اي صلة بمكاتب الاستقدام!!!

سيئ في التعامل ويتاخر كثيراً في جلب العماله قدمت على الخادمه لأكثر من 3 أشهر والى الأن لم تاتي الخادمه

Does exactly what y9u want it to. No issues finding g it parking up and returning a week later. The transfers are fast and frequent and if you do the loyalty scheme with holiday extras you get a discount good service .Happy customer will use again .

Good transfer to / from terminal BUT ...

Be very careful if using this company. Our car was damaged (broken mirror and scratched bonnet and bumper) whilst parked. Despite advertising as safe, secure and monitored and also having photographic proof of undamaged car when parked management refuse to re-imburse reasonable costs of repairs on basis damage "was not caused by them".

Well located and reasonably priced parking but at a cost that is not worth the risk. Avoid.

Have used them a few times, always find the drivers very helpful and never had to wait long for transfer either way.
Like the fact we keep our car keys

I've used Skyport in the past and really enjoyed the experience with them. I've not used them in about a year or so. The service at drop off was great, and the transfers to the terminal were good.

On pick up, after a 16 hour day with a two year old and luggage in tow at 2am, we found that the license plate recognition had been replaced by a keypad. Previously this was used and I had to go back to reception to get a code. I saw at least two other families impacted by the same issue.

We won't be using Skyport again as I'm not sure why they make it hard to get out. Travelling is difficult enough without some basic number plate recognition with automated exit. Its 2023 and this is everywhere.

Gate to enter the parking lot has number plate recognition for entry.

Drove in to reception booked in and unloaded luggage and passengers. Fast check in.
Then parked the car. Took a photo of where I had parked it and the number of the parking space as we would be coming back to collect the car in the dark on return.

Mini bus was waiting for us to take us to the airport.

Given a card with instructions for when we returned. I took a photo of that too incase we lost it.

Our flight was delayed on return. But there was a mini bus at the stop so we jumped on. Our driver couldn’t find our booking and phoned the office and all was sorted very quickly.

Check in staff efficient and friendly.
Both drivers friendly and helped with luggage. And pointed out where the free parking spaces were to park our car.
Alex (I think) our driver helped load the luggage in the car as my husband is disabled. Which was very kind of him

I would use skyport again and definitely recommend.

I have used this car park a few times now, everything is laid out in a way that makes parking while traveling as easy as possible. There is a section just as you enter the car park where you can drop off your cases/additional passengers right at reception, you can then move your car into a space and then only have to walk back yourself and don't need to bring cases etc. The busses run regularly and I have never had to wait long for the transfer either to of from the terminal. It isn't directly on the airport grounds but doesn't take too long to get to the terminal (approx 5-10 mins) and you are dropped off within a few minutes walk of the door with most of it within a covered walkway. I would not hesitate to use them in future or to recommend them to others.

I booked this park & ride about two months before I flew from Glasgow airport. When I got there on the fly out date, and time, the procedure was flawless, with us at the airport in no time. On return once again the pick up was very good with hardly any waiting time. When I got back to the park just after 02.00 hours they dropped us of at the park and that was it. I had to go up to the top of the park and across to find my car in the dark as the lights weren't working there, however I remembered the number of the pitch and yellow line and got my car. I drove it down but there was no parking area to load my cases into my car, so I stopped in front of other cars doing the same. Not that great when there was some cars wanting out. Maybe I'm griping a tad but why have a great system in and nothing on the way out. But I didn't need to put the code in for the barrier, it went up automatically. All in all a reasonable parking place.

Very well organised. They took me to the airport immediately and the return bus was there ready to collect on return. Only a 5 minute drive to the airport with friendly and efficient staff too. Was a bit expensive for only 1 day and the part where my car was parked was very dark - please add additional lighting for safety! Would use them again for good reliable service and try to park somewhere brighter if possible.
