This used to be an amazing place to live, now front facing appartments and on the side are bothered with the constant music from Yas Bay, the party boats in Al bandar marina, the jet ski's, the races in Yas, etc. . I've been here for 3y now and living here has this year become hell. I'm breaking a very expensive lease to leave, nobody wants to help. Building managers cannot do anything, owners association cannot do anything, police cannot do anything, stay away from here.

About to move out because of Yas Bay bass music at night. This was a great location before the obnoxious subwoofers from across the water
