Beautiful modernist building from the late 80s, with a beautiful lobby.

The building, as so many of that time, is a residential tower with a commercial ground floor.

The façade, in green tiles and white plaster, is composed of alternate rectangles, which create variation and opportunity for openings. The result is a smart, (low) high-tech evoking façade.
The lobby is an ample space with a mezzanine and a promenade architectural free standing stair that wraps around a golden column and a glass chandelier.

This is a typical, beautiful examplar of a bygone era in Abu Dhabi. Unfortunately the architect isn't known.
