Poor maintenance and not well cleaned in common areas. Cars parked outside of the building and anywhere .

Poor maintenance team. Very smelly parking due to restaurant on ground floor of the building.

Be careful with the location .. google map will take to a different place, this building is located in Al Raha Beach next to Al Muneera, as of today (Jan 2022) it takes you to Al Bahia

تعامل البروكر اللي ماسكة المبنى جداً مب عملي وانت لازم تركض وراهم عشان تعرف قيمة الايجار وناس مش بروفشينال في ادارة المبنى.. ما انصح اي حد يتعامل معاهم ????????????
