The place not open at times useful to most people.

Shame it's now only open two hours on weekdays 8-10am to collect parcels when most people are at work but is open 8-12 on Saturdays

Serves it's purpose but was shut on Good Friday, while the website said it was open till 10. Wasted time and effort, while I am temporarily incapacitated.

Just had a delivery. Was upstairs in house. Noone knocked. He posted a slip through door and dog heard. He left our parcel in the black rubbish bin.obsolute joke

Called in to drop a pre paid parcel off to be returned.
Very helpful staff compared to some post office places I have used

On online delivery stated deliverd when to see sorting office and they said has been taken back in to awate me coming in but no card through door to say returned
