The apartments are spacious, the watchman and personnel are polite and helpful. But, the rent keeps increasing (and its already overpriced), they don't clean the building from outside, the gym is not ready yet (2nd year now) and there is no swimming pool (which should effect the apartments prices)

Looking for apartment to move from here as the price is not justified

02-March-2023 update: A/C still in poor working condition. Inside temperature is constantly 26° even if you lower the temperature on the control panel. It's just too hot

The building is soo beautiful and spacious, but if you like to spend your day and night in UAE weather, you are good, as the AC in the building doesn't work and will never work, we called and sent so many emails to change the AC units, still no change

Very bad services by Asteco unprofessional company. if you want lose your mind come to this company … not recommended at all

اسوء تكيف ياخذون منكم مبلغ تقريباً 3000 درهم سنوياً والتكيف ما يقل عن درجة 24 ، حتى بعد الصيانة وكثره الشكاوي ماشي فايدة ما انصح في هذا المكان ابداً + الباركنات الارضيه B2 مدخلها ضيق جداً ماينفع للمواتر الكبيره .

The Ac is very bad in this building, the temperature is not become less than 24 degrees, there is no solution to this problem even after maintenance and complaints
