This huge cockroaches ???? living with you if you like to come and rent here you ll see those cockroaches in your home a lot of time and many of them , even you are high or low floor !!! Everywhere they are , 0 Maintaince 0 cleaning , AC doesn’t work always , u can smell ur down floor Neighbour food cooking onion and garlic ginger in your living room if you keep your AC ON!!! so be in heat don’t turn on better !!!!! All building leaking even parking so take care next day your car with diffrent white colour spots on it which dirty and bad water ,l can say more but l guess this enough to not to choose !

I don't recommend anyone to live in this building, the materials they used in this building r so cheap, above that you can hear your neighbor clearly not only next door Apartment but Apartment above and down too
When you complaint no one cares.

مكان هاديء وجميل ويدعو للاسترخاء الجلوس في التراس مريح للاعصاب بعد العمل والمنطقة جميلة لممارسة الرياضة مثل الجري والدراجة الهوائية
