معامله موظفه الاستقبال سيئه جدا جدا، اذا في تقييم اقل من نجمه كنت حطيت من غير تفكير.
I had a very bad experience in the reception I was waiting for assistance standing there and the lady sitting in her chair looking down(not sure if she was on her phone or doing something or just doesn't care). When I approached her asking for help she asked me to send whatsapp msg to the person responsible for registration while this person is on leave outside the country and not answering the phone. When I told her that I already did and I want to speak to any manager she said they don't have and started showing attitude instead of trying to find solutions she just escalated the problem. If I will have chance to register my kids somewhere else I will definitely do without thinking. First impression wasn't pleasant ???? I'm scared and not feeling safe to send my kids there. If there is rating less than 1 star I will give.

The communication between parents and school is disconnected, no one answer the hot lines numbers they share with parents, while they answered once through WhatsApp and Email, then there is no reply for a week and more. They should fix this issue the communication channels. Also, The English Accents for some of teachers are so bad ... many words I heard from them are extremely wrong.

اليوم سرت المدرسه بطلع بنتي بصراحه البنت اللي في الاستقبال من جنسيه عربيه مب متحجبه مول ما عندها اسلوب من وصلت وهي تطالع فيني وتتأفف قلتلها لو سمحتي بأخذ بنتي قالت دام بتاخذينها ليش خليتيها تداوم من الأساس بصوت عالي وبأسلوب مستفز قلتلها ليش هالاسلوب !؟ قالت شو فيه اسلوبي ؟ وتمت تضحك بتصنع
