Product is very good , but some of your staff speak rudely, “ I was looking for a shirt and went inside the change room and then came back to see another one that suits me, he just speak rudely go inside for the size. ( they guy with African hair style in Gents section)

You are doing business so you should show respect to customers.

Good clothes, but unprofessional and obnoxious staff.

This store has varieties of fashionable clothing and accessories at affordable prices. Their options of male formal wear are pretty interesting. They have a nice variety of perfumes at low prices too.

However, I found some salespeople in the store to be extremely unprofessional and obnoxious. I was inside the fitting room trying on clothes for 3 minutes. I was not even taking that long and suddenly there was a salesman standing outside the fitting rooms screaming at me to stop wasting time and leave as other people need to use the room. He did the same thing to the other people in the other fitting rooms, as I could hear. Simply because there was an old man waiting outside with his wife. So when I opened the door to confront him, he kept telling me I can't bring in more than 3 items inside although; I had only 3 shirts with me. A three item limit is completely unreasonable, by the way. There are fitting rooms in other stores that keep the limit to 6 or 8 items. Some stores don't even keep track of a limit. He also kept rushing me to hurry, as he wanted to let the old man use the fitting room. Once I yelled at him that I've only been in there for 3 minutes, he finally let me try on clothes in peace. How can I shop here when I can't even freely try on clothes? This is absolutely ridiculous.

This is not the first time I had to deal with something like this. Once when I was trying on some shirts and suits, some of them fell off the hooks, on to the floor after I left the fitting room. The floor is full of dust and mold. When I came back to the fitting room with another shirt. A salesman kept screaming at me about it. Even after I repeatedly apologized and nothing bad happened to the clothes, he kept whining about how he would lose his salary and how he wouldn't afford his meals if the clothes got dirty. Like, how is it my fault that the floor is covered in dirt and that the cloths fell off the hooks when I was not even inside the fitting room. Keep the floors clean, if you're so worried about your precious cloths getting dirty.

If the management is reading this, please, train your staff and teach them some good people skills. I am satisfied with the products that this store offers, but it's the employee's attitude that makes me feel like not coming back to the store and makes me feel less comfortable while shopping. The cashier lady was one of the few employees who has excellent people skills. She seems to have a very pleasant nature. She spoke politely to me and was kind enough to let me exchange a shirt, although I didn't have my receipt with me. Maybe the other employees can really learn a lot from her.

Tuesday( march 21) around 3 to 4 me and my husband visited the sadaf fasion near to nmc we check the sports cloth, we look for asistant no one respond, so talk the bilriad stick then one indian sales boy with american accent , watching me said without friendly manner said that if i need asistant call but i noticed that he watching ask standing in same position, and he speak not frendly manner .

sadaf fashion, it was one of my fevorite fashion house. But Today Morning 05/12/2021 i was visit in Sadaf Fashion outlets front of Central ADCB Bank.& I've been there for change a Jeans Pant. because Of that pant Size Automatically Change After One wash..& were i will meet one of customer Service parson.try to explain him clearly but unfortunately l had Nicely Insult from that gentle man. Also Criticize me. Then He said! He Never saw pant cloth material become different size after wash. He laughter on my face.even he call one of his co-worker and told him with laughter " give him exchange the pent. which is never autometic changed size. Then. Just ask him? Bro if your not interested to change that. Just told me directly. I will go! Why u insult me? Sadaf guy said? I am not insult you, YOU feel it!

Thank you sadaf. For that kind of customer service. No worries i will never visit your shop.
I know if one of customer like me,not visit your nothing happen " at least i can save my own reputation.

Nice shop, alot of selection.
2 entrances.
Easy to find..
But .... I find the prices a little hiked for tourists vs other tourists shops I've visited.
We all want a souvenir yes, but don't over price them.
The Harris bags are around £25 more each than the last shop I saw them in ....

Astonished how big this shop is. Looks small outside but goes way to the back. There's also a coffee shop upstairs. Has lots of very different souvenirs, so not just woollen things. Very kind older ladies. Plenty of parking space outside.

Souvenir shop with everything you’re searching for from Scotland. Selection of whiskey and gin. Walkers shortbread. Cashmere, tweed and other small souvenirs. Nice prices

An utterly massive selection of everything Scottish. Shortbread? Check. Whisky? Check. Sweaters? Yup. Tweed everything? Aye. Cheesy postcards, shot glasses, and stuffed Highland cows? Indeed.
Pretty crowded, but that's to be expected.
The layout is a bit odd and maze-like, but there are just so many good options!
Helpful staff, too.

After a quick wander round the shop do go upstairs and visit the cafe. The fruit scones are superb but unless you are very hungry I suggest you share one!
