Person didn’t print my documents because he was .. though there wasn’t a single person in the shop.. it would’ve taken just a 2 minutes..

Had bad experience for traffic fine discount. Had to cancel the request and pay fines without discount.
Also, saw a customer submit documents which they accepted (heard one of the staff say to his colleague, will try the case as it was new and will see if it works out or not).

Great as long as you remember it's auto number plate recognition so pay on foot at the machines as you leave the arcade or take your blue badge with you to scan.

Awful place. Spaces are tiny and there's 1 ticket machine to pay!! Had to go into the mall to find it too. Poor signage with no explanation how to find the machines. They are clearly hoping you drive out without paying so they can fine you. Joke of a car park. Avoid!
