They have the worst employee that I have ever seen in my life, unbelievable class of rudeness!

Her name is Praseetha, her level is ZERO in EVERYTHING, and I don't know how the hell she's a supervisor there; avoid them!!!

بحثت عن رحلات لزيارة الريف النرويجي
u200fوحصلت رحلة يقدمها مكتب الفصول الأربعة والذي مكتبهم الرئيسي في ابو ظبي وجدت رقم تواصل سعودي الرقم اتصلت به فوراً وذكرت باني سأنضم معكم في رحلة الشباب وقال التكلفة ٨٠٠٠ ريال تشمل السكن والمواصلات وشريحة انترنت والرسوم يتبع ⤵️
حسب الصورة المعلنة من قبلهم للفترة من ١٥-٢٣ يوليو حاولت ان يزودني بمعلومات مفصله عن الرحلة ولكن قال هناك سترى كل يسرك قدمت من بلادي المملكة الى النرويج في تاريخ ١٢ يوليو مع العلم انني كنت سأحرج لو تم سؤالي من قبل الجوازات النرويجية عن الفاوتشر ومكان الإقامة ولكن الحمد لله عدت
جلست ١٢-١٣-١٤ في اوسلو ويوم ١٥ هو بداية الرحلة المقرر من المكتب اتصلت ب المنسق السعودي في نهاية يوم ١٤ اتصلت ب المنسق السعودي عبر الواتس وذكرت له باني موجود في ريدسون بلو بلازا وغداً اريدكم ان تأخذوني من هناك ورد علي الساعة ٨ صباح ١٥ وارسل لي رقم نرويجي اسمه احمد ناصر يمني
اتصلت به وقلت له انا من طرف المنسق السعودي وأعطاني رقمك فقال من انت قلت اسمي وقال انت لست موجود معنا في الرحلة اتصل ب المنسق اللي اعطاك رقمي حيث تطول السالفة في هذا الموضوع اتوقع بان هناك مشكلة في التنسيق بينهم اتصل بي احمد ناصر وقال بجيك الفندق وارسل لي الفاوتشر الساعة ١٠الصباح
يوم ١٥وجاني وفي الطريق ذكر لي بان فوس ليست موجودة في الجدول المعد والذي لم أراه ولم يخبروني عنه فاتصلت بصاحب الشركة ابو خالد الإماراتي وذكرت له بان فوس غير موجودة لماذا وقال جميع رحلات ال ٩ ايام لايوجد فيها فوس فقلت له هذا لا يعقل لم يذكر لي سابقاً فقال هذا
هو نظامنا قال مشكلتكم من منسقكم السعودي هو اللي ماخبرك طال الحديث في هذا الموضوع وقال سأحاول ان احجزلكم في فوس انتم جدولكم الأساسي من ١٦-٢٢ في سترين ومن ٢٢-٢٣ في اوسلو

خلصنا رحلتنا الملئيه ب النقص في الخدمات وعند ذهابي يوم ٢٢ حسب الفاوتشر المرفق الى رديسون بلو بلازا تاكدت من موضف الفندق وقال ليست لك حجز هنا اتصلت ب ابو خالد وقلت له ليس لدي حجز في ريدسون بلو بلازا اتمنى حل الموضوع فقال ابو خالد انا عطيتك في فوس ودفعت ٨٠٠٠ وسويت وصنعت لكم يتمنن

كان السائق سوري الجنسية رجل طيب ومحترم ولكن لأول مره يشتغل عند الشركة وخلوه معنا يقول وين مابدكون بوديكون ومافيه اي جدول ابو خالد صاحب الشركة يرسل اللوكيشنات ع الواتس اب ومافي اي معلومات اللهم تشوف وماتعرف عنها شي بعني شغلة مرشد سياحي غير موجودة
كان معانا شخص الله يجزاه ب الخير يبحث ويرتب لك التنقل من مكان الى مكان مافي جدول معلن او الجميع يعلم به من الاخير كانك طالع رحلة مدفوعه وينمن عليك فيها ودك تقول رجعوني وفكوني من رحلتكم
اجتمعنا في قروب وآتس اب وكان معنا ابو خالد وشخص يدعى فارس من مكتب ابوظبي عندما نسالهم يرسلون لنا محادثات بعضهم في قروبنا عشان يبون يقنعونا انه خلل ويرسلون صوت واحد من موظفين الشركة يقول انا ارسلت لهم وسويت يعني الاشياء الادارية اللي بينهم يرسلونها بقروبنا نحن سياح مالنا علاقة
صراحة حسيت رحلتي غير منظمة بسبب كثرت الاخطاء من بداية الرحلة اخطاء فادحه وكل مره نقول خلها تمشي ونتصبر ابي شي امدحهم فيه مالقيت غير اني تعرفت ع قروب شباب افتخر بمعرفتهم من الامارات والكويت والسعودية

I signed my 2 yr old son up to baby ballers here. 5 sessions for £15.00. Every Thursday morning for 1 hour. My son loves going . The staff and coaches are all fantastic and have great enthusiasm with the little ones. Weve been going ever since we found out about it. I cant praise it enough . Brilliant

Home to the Leicester Riders basketball team,certainly come on a long way since the old Grandby Halls day. Good sized Arena, Also hosts...snooker,darts,music and comedy gigs.

Go regularly for the BasketBall ???? but the Arena it's self is used for many other events. Just been refurbished throughout and has an nice large area before you go into the court and seats yourself which they sell snacks, drinks and merchandise. Great place and great atmosphere if you ever want to go see an BasketBall match, well worth it, very Family friendly.

Modern, clean and functional, plenty of space for watching the basketball, looks like they have some great events taking place in the future with both the Darts and Snooker featuring on various adverts.

Boys played basketball today and must say it’s a fantastic set up that the Riders have! ????????????????????

Came to watch the basketball again and I've got to say this is the best sporting location / event for young families. The whole environment is very friendly and welcoming and the players all sign autographs and do photos with the kids after the games. Small selection of merchandise available on game days and a bar with drinks and snacks. Cheerleading in-between play, t-shirt giveaways and a 'chuck the duck' game. Highly recommended coming here

I have used the arena mainly for the physiotherapist that operates within the building. However, the arena itself is very modern and quite pleasant to be in. It does not give off a run-down vibe that you would get in half the other places. They were also very safe and thorough when it came to the pandemic. The staff are always nice and welcoming whenever I visit.

Clean and tidy venue. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you are at ground level then seating is just basic chairs packed as close as possible. The venue has no air conditioning and so it's very hot inside. There are only one set of toilets or at least I couldn't find others so at intervals there are big queues especially for the ladies. The food bar staff were good and I got served quickly. We went to watch the Neha Kakkar concert and I have to say the venue is not suitable for music concerts. The quality of the audio was poor and the clarity of the singers was not great. It felt like the singer was drowned out by the music. We did point this out to the staff too but not a lot changed. The lighting is poor. The performers were great but it's a shame the venue doesn't help show that. Parking is a nightmare especially when leaving there are big queues. If you are thinking of going to a music concert here then think again. The venue is great for sports but definitely not suitable for music concerts. I guess the promoters use this place as it's a lot cheaper than somewhere like De Montford Hall.
