Great services, clean n neat flats, maintenance work needed is done on time, friendly supportive staff, Mr. Anoj is one of the best guy when it comes to leasing ???????? flexible with our needs etc. Accounts Firos was also helpful. Can recommend them any time.

Worst maintenance services in life. The management is literally unable to do nothing professional and it's very unconsidered. We fix almost everything in the house because the maintenance is almost putting patches not fixing the issue. We have one window broken since more than one year. The ACs are continuously giving water over the walls, spoiling our shelves, curtains and other items and furniture, stopping of giving cool, making horrible noise... and there's no way the owner will change the ACs or fix it properly, not temporarily. We can spend more than 3 days without proper AC in the house because the maintenance is busy doing other things. PRIORITIES. Is the hottest month in the UAE and for sure we can wait till his Highnesses can give us their time. Not serious and unprofessional. If you rent with this company, be sure to check every corner of your apartment, the will take their time and will try to fix everything with 1 AED patches. No quality, no qualified professionals running the business, it's clear. Good luck.

I really find good homes within my budget. They didn't charge me anything. there maintenances service is good . I suggest Alliance property services LLS is good options. .
