One of the top coffee supplier businesses, they offer you everything you need at a price that fits your budget, have wonderful customer service, and their staff members interact with clients in a wonderful, diplomatic manner. They also have a variety of high-quality coffee beans & coffee equipment. So, if you are a coffee lover & seeking a decent location, This is it! I highly recommend it.

Wonderful customer service and everything was explained to me in the matter of selling products , in addition i liked the products displayed in the shop and the coffee beans were so different from each other, literally so many kinds of coffee beans , also in regard the staff they were nice and introduced me to everything i was looking for even tho they were trying to make me save money by buying v60 kit bag rather than buying each product separately, definitely will come back to buy from them , no regrets it worth every DHS and the quality of the product were amazing due to the fact that i bought a v60 kit two years ago and its still in perfect shape. No regrets at all if you want something go straight to them you will find whatever you need .

Poor customer service !! I have ordered on the 16th of December and two weeks has past without my order !! Eventhough they told me that it will take max 1 week!! When I called them the past week every day they say tomorrow and when I call them back the next day they keep saying tomorrow !! And today when I call them they transfer me to voice mail or never pick up !!! When I try to contact them through WhatsApp they reply after long time or they read the message and not reply!! Really worst customer service and will not advise them to other people!!
