Total scammers. They operate the Isca car park in Exeter along side ringo but don’t advertise this. After using the ringo app to locate this car park and then pay I’ve now been issued a £100 fine by this company! I’ve appealed which is when I was told that different levels are run by diffeeent companies! I have never heard of this in my 53 years. No signage makes this clear at all. Having researched the matter I can see hundreds of other people have had the same experience and yet signage has not been improved to make customers aware of this so they are raking it in. I paid my parking and still got fined! Very poor company, making money off people in such an underhand way.

DO NOT PARK HERE - parking machines not working and not accepting card payment. Website address that it tells you go to does not work. SMS service not working. Eventually manged to download some shoddy Parkonomy app, which took about 20 minutes to register and figure out how to pay (I'm a software developer). I suspect a lot of people get fixed penalty notices. Seemed to show up on the RingGo app, but I don't think this carpark has anything to do with RingGo?

BEWARE!! Closed at 7pm!!!
Car was locked in. NO CLEAR SIGNS. Says it's 24hr carpark.
Ringo app allowed to pay to stay later. Had to call to be let out - then had to pay £30 cash. Very stressful!!!

DO NOT PARK in this car park, it is not clear that it is run by 2 different companies on the same site and if not careful you will receive a £100 fine for paying on Ringo for Isca place car park when it was another company you needed to pay like i did, very unclear and appaulingly unclear!!!

Do not use this car park . The tariff displayed next to the coin machine is not the tariff to pay by coin !! That is conveniently displayed around the corner . How many other people have stood at the coin machine looked at the tariff displayed, payed the amount,then days later get £100 pound fine !! Will never use this car park again Robbing Bast###s !!!!

Was confused as the upper and lower car parks are owned by different companies. Paid using RingGo instead of Parkonomy three times...and have been landed with three hefty fines. Am appealing them. The company's responses make it sound like I'm not the first person to make this error. I found the signs misleading. Has anyone else had the same issue?

DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK!!!! We had a valid ticket for 3 hours which we only ended up using 2 of and received a parking fine in the post of £60 going up to £100 if you appeal and it gets denied. Absolutely atrocious, never parking here again, we’ve had multiple rude and threatening emails and letters, plus it’s an absolute nightmare to pay. The parkonomy app NEVER works, along with everything else in the car park and ringo is not supported despite isca place being listed location on the app. They know exactly how to catch people out.
