I have contacted the property management, COLLIERS but they made it so difficult for me. In a span of two weeks, no agent had provided a good customer service.

I wanted to see the apartment in this building, called the customer service three days in a row but no agent came back. Finally, when I got hold of someone, she provided my number to an agent, MARWA. After my first conversation with MARWA, Colliers agent, she never responded back despite several follow ups and reminders.

Is this how a property management should treat the clients? Such a huge disappointment!

A beautiful, safe and smart building, the staff are helpful, the swimming pool is nice, the gym is small and needs more equipments, the internal parking is organized and wonderful, easy access to all areas of Al Reem Island and the neighborhoods of Abu Dhabi

New tower, limited parking spaces for visitors, the building walls are like waves so you might have difficulty in fitting furniture inside.

Very nice, solid and modern building with professional and friendly security staff. Structures and finishes of the common areas are very beautiful. Too bad that the layouts of the one bedroom apartments are designed really badly with very small windows.
