A few years back mum purchased a scooter from here - everything was simple and delivery was with care

I would really recommend Eazability in Newport, they helped me out with a mobility scooter which I bought from a different shop as I was having nothing but problems with. But in the end I managed to return the scooter back and bought a scooter from Eazability, Jason really took care of me and helped me out alot. Thank you Jason.

had to pay up front before this rude lady would let me try this waterproof product. She opened the product and it would not fit over my NHS orthopedic boot for broken ankle. And I was refused a refund so the product was not fit for purpose and I am £22 out of pocket. Avoid this shop at all cost.
