Lovely atmosphere, and comfy seats.
Cafe had two partition right side for coffee and cake left side for gifts and flowers.
We had two cappuccino with marble cake both light taste.

It’s a lovely place with great ambiance. The classic music plays softly, beautiful lighting and a place that’s perfect for meetings, work, or chat. Not loud and relaxing.

We tried both lavender mojito and lavender latte, both were delicious and the sweetness was just right. I often get too sweet mojitos with too much syrup, this one was to my liking.

The chocolate cake was absolutely delicious and not too sweet. The bottom was what looked like biscuit crumbs and the chocolate was creamy.

Parking was easy, right in front of the door. Service was warm and welcoming.

Would definitely come again. Thank you!

Beautiful set up & decorated cofe shop with nice sweets too.
Special ice cream flavours available ( but not all in the menue)
Like it over all.
I love the flowers bouquets too. Snack Food looks good too...
Internally Coffee shop was a bit cold for me.. impossible to sit long hours there.....
But It is worthy to try really beautifully garnished sweet desserts✨

Tried the hot dates latte.
Toooo sweet.
Recommend to reduce sweetness and add 1 or 2 pc dates on the side.

Lovely place, calm, cozy colors.

They have best Rose and Lavender Ice cream. Also you will find their Halwa Tart incredible amazing. Don't forget to try their Halwa Coffee.

Beautiful place good set up and amazing cappuccino. Very kind staff. In my point of view this place is the best within a kilometer radius

I have ordered online from a week ago for Eid. I didn’t get any email notification on my order status or any follow up from the staff. On the day I supposed to receive my order, I didn’t get any update and when I tried to get an answer it’s like no one knows what’s my order they keep asking me the same questions! No response from them for long time. I tried to call and still no one picks up the phone. When they finally answered they didn’t speak well complaining they are busy and hanged up the phone without giving me an answer! Very bad costumer service.

I've been sent a parking ticket. We did everything correctly. I will appeal but it took 12 days to reach me in the post and you have 14 days to appeal before they increase the fine from £60 to £100.

Never park here Ipark services are crooks they will chase you to hell and back to get money for any cooked up reason they can think of including just sending you a charge notice just in case you have lost your ticket.

Do not use this car park. Very few spaces, usually full. Hard to get in and out of.
Run by I Park services. When I parked here, the machine was broken so that it accepted all my coins but didn't issue a ticket. I was then given a penalty notice for parking illegally. I appealed to explain that I had paid and it was their machine that was faulty, but they upheld the fine anyway.

Overpriced. Customer service impossible to reach. Still waiting for my refund. Avoid there are better car parks in Carlisle.

Convenient location. Not many spaces, often full, uneven ground, demonic parking machine. Council car park on William Street is a better choice.
