Shop and ship customer since 2008 and I think I will finally give up using shop and ship after 14 years because of their incompetent customer service who love to close the cases with no help whatsoever. There are 2 packages and they keep closing the case telling me to wait for 3 working days, then close them again because it was invalid and I waited 7 days to report the missing the packages. Then one of their incompetent representative told me I should ask the seller if my shipment is allowed to travel to UAE? I don't know who they are hiring, but they need new people who understand how shop and ship actually works.

I came to them to ship a very important medical device to KSA and they shipped it to California instead. I need that item and have been trying to get them to ship it correctly for the past 7 months but they have ignored me despite repeated attempts at communication. This Branch is irresponsible and dangerous to trust with valuable shipments. For your own safety and peace of mind go with DHL or Fedex.

They deliver at their convince. If you are not home, the unprofessional and rude driver will tell you he will deliver the next day. No option to have delivered on same day. And if you are not home the next day when he decides to drop by, he will delay it another day. How pathetic this service and customer support is.

I am really frustrated. A delivery guy came to pick up the items which i am returning to 2 different shops, one is not scheduled yet for pick up but the delivery guy told me he will take it so he won't have to come back. It's been 3 days and till now i still did not get any confirmation and i contacted the customer care and i sent email as well and they said they can't find the items. This is not right, they can easily track the name of the delivery guy but that too is hard for them to do. This is considered as theft!

The people are fast and very professional. They implement ramadan working hours, therefore you might find that they are closed during the day but open in the evening. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking to send parcels internationally at a very affordable rate. They beat most competitors at their pricing.
