Amazing collection of wooden home products, everything from coffee tables, chest of draws, TV stands, book selves… everything. All lovely quality and something for everyone. Staff were very helpful and prices are fair! Would recommend taking a look if you’re wanting something for your home!

An absolute gem, a must visit in Abu Dhabi ! Whatever your esthetic you will find a unique piece to suit your style. You can get lost in the incredible selection and the service is always helpful. So nice to find a shop that sells beautiful original furniture. You will not regret a visit !

If you’re looking for high quality furniture at a good price then this is the place. I bought a beautiful table, bench, and sideboard and they are fantastic. The whole process from when I first met Mahendra to delivery was an absolute pleasure. He is all about ensuring the customer is happy. I made a few changes along the way and he was happy to make it work. Highly recommend this place they have the whole package.

Easiest five star I've ever given. Uniquely handcarved furniture. What a hidden gem in Musaffah. Such great quality, thick mango wood and beautiful upcycled items. Mahendra went above and beyond to cater to my every need. The delivery service team made sure that the items were delivered with care.

I found this place by accident when I was in Mussaffah having my car serviced, and it’s a hidden gem! The service, quality of furniture and price are second to none. I went in for a table and was so in love with everything there that I ended up coming away with a few other things too… and I’ll definitely be going back for some more pieces that I have my eye on! Thank you so much Arts & Crafts, I’m really glad I accidentally found you!

Absolutely horrendous place. My sister has been there many times over the last 8 months or so and every time, they absolutely failed her.

No therapy, no diagnosis, no treatment beyond sedation. No social worker or programme to ensure patients are prepared for life after discharge.

They have lied about her consenting to share, to avoid giving me answers. They released her with nowhere to go and without notifying anyone. They failed to end her section correctly by not filling out paperwork, meaning that she did not get the help she needed after being returned there almost immediately.

Staff do not care about their patients and make it obvious that you're an inconvenience for checking in on your loved ones. They almost allowed a charging wire which could have been used to end life to be given to a suicidal patient, all they cared about was whether they could be filmed or not. They describe their patients as difficult and make it out as if it's the patients fault that they're not getting help.

Avoid sending your loved ones here if you can avoid it.

The nurses at the "beach ward" were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help a family member, however i can't say anything positive about the crisis team from the hamadryad! They are Absolutely shocking and very patronising/unprofessional bunch of clueless "jobsworth" clowns, it took "4" assessments over a period of 5 days to get a family member urgent help! And that was only then successful due to the police assisting after the previous incompetent assessments.

This is by far the worst service I have ever seen in my entire life it’s absolutely horrifying what they are doing by assessing really ill patients who are clearly a risk to themselves and to others and then deeming them fit to be released.upon them being released a lot of these people have then taken there own lives and nothing gets done about it.

Horrendous experience
Would not want any parent to go through what I have.

My children are my world and I’ve fought all her life to ensure she gets support.

Yet staff on the ward do not like parents asking questions, phoning for support for their daughter, , question why things not happened.
The lack of empathy professionalism has completley shocked me.

I would never want another parent to go through such an awful experience.
You want best for you children/ young adults. You know them the best, you know how they work and what triggers them, how they fixate on people.
Yet your the ones who made to feel as if you do not care, you do not understand well sorry but I do care, I do understand and I will always ensure my daughter gets the best support.

I will always challenge, always ask questions . I will never stop as a mum it’s my job to ensure she gets best.

They don’t like you asking
Why capacity test not done ?
How can they restrain her no Dols in place ?
Why there is no social worker ?
Why no support and it all has happened outside?
Why information not shared when permissions given ?
Why medicated so highly instead therapies ?
Why no advocate despite asking and asking ?

Staffs lack awareness of vulnerability
how easily their condition can be masked. Staff are unable to acknowledge this and taken in very worrying

Why is the full case history not read?? This would enable everyone to understand how people work and relate more.
I am appalled at how the unit works and feel for everyone who does not have someone fighting for them

I would like to say huge thank you to Vicky, Joshua, Jackson, and Karen manager and thank Cheryl lovely young lady in green always so helpful to my daughter.

Rest need to take note of how they work stop judging, start communicating, have empathy,
Caring is about togetherness, collaborative working, finding out root of this not making judgements, not jumping in when you really do not know situations. Lack of empathy understanding patience.

It’s not a about quick turn around it’s about getting the right support, the right plan and maybe just maybe people would not need to be admitted few months after discharge.

It’s time attitudes changes
Time people realised impact their lack professionalism has on others

I doubt very much this be posted as it’s the truth

Concerned that my niece has been there since July still no clear diagnosis and not getting better .
Her mother has tried to support and give input but they are not interested in listening one nurse in particular has been very rude to my sister and I am very worried about my sisters well being as she is trying so hard to help but getting doors closed on her .’
When she complains or raises concerns they are not dealt with and she is made to feel in the wrong .
I phoned myself expressing my concerns they were noted but not followed up .
Very concerned that after all this time my niece is no better .

Had an assessment for Adult ADHD in Aug 2021 by Consultant psychiatrist Dr Viola. Already have a diagnosis of autism and mental health difficulties but felt my diagnosis over the years hasnt been correct after learning that I was autistic on my 35th birthday. Cue my assessment and Dr Viola decides they didnt think I met the criteria for ADHD and that my current diagnosis is a "better fit".

He told me the only reason I had been asked to attend an in person appt with him was because at an MDT meeting following a initial screening via Zoom by a social worker (didnt even think social workers were qualified to assess for ADHD) they decided unanimously that I did not meet criteria and they go on to invite patients in as they think "its good practice to tell someone face to face". So basically using NHS resources ineffectively and unnecessarily when a letter or phone call would have sufficed.

On my way out of the room his closing remark to me was "youve already got one label (autism), why do you need another?"

Yes this is the conduct of a professional Consultant psychiatrist working in the mental health field and how they view patients with dual diagnoses.

Absolutely disgusting. Should be struck off and not allowed to practice again.

Working in a role like that demands a level of professionalism and if he cant conduct himself in such a manner then hes clearly in the wrong profession.
