The worst part of the branch is Customer Experience, which should actually be prime positive for any bank.
The Khalifa park FAB branch is a utter flop in this regards.
Zero regards for valueing the Customer's time.
Or serving them better. They'll just be alike always, Cause they are the bosses & we are the needful. Really Shameful.

Even when you read the below reviews the same is the experience for many

I would say, it should be the fault of Branch Manager or incharges for failing to provide atleast a better than this experience.

Shame Google don't provide options for negative reviews.

Worst call center AI.
I just want to talk to an agent.
The system does not allow it, at the end it drop my call.
Waste of time and money (3dhs) just evaporated.
Fastest way to waste money.

Advertised 5% interest in new funds for iSave account. I open the account, transfer the funds and received less than 1% interest. Complete scam. On the other hand, their customer phone banking takes extremely long to be able to speak with a real phone operator. Last but not least. Transfer the money locally from another bank cost 0aed. However, to transfer from FAB to another local bank has charges. Very unsatisfied

Dubai mall branch is very helpful, especially the branch manager, such a customer oriented gentleman and also Mr. Mathivanan Kauranithi from customer service, this review was actually negative at first but I changed it as a gratitude to the two gentlemen mentioned above

Absolutely terrible experience just opening a simple checking account. The process has taken 11 days and 5 trips to the Branch office SO FAR...my account still isn't open due to "system issues". But "will be open today"...same promise I've gotten daily for over a week. :-(

its first time in my life when i have such a issues with a bank. Look as customers information is nit safe and ajy time you can receive a call from a spam who can easily said to you all your personal information and take your money from your account. And when you saying on the same time to the bank assistant to cancel the transactions thei will do nothing. And when will you write a despute form no one will contact you for already 6 months. Only you will keep calling and they will be using your credit for notification of your personality and just after will tell you that it’s connected to some unreal department which will never answer you on email or on the phone calls. So frustrating with such a care and work from the bank side. If you want to be safe and have money on your account do not recommend to have a deal with 1FAB at all.

Just got the credit card, all the process went smoothly. Now it has been 4 days since I got card, evey single day I recieve 5,6 calls for taking loan and cash out of credit card. I requested, begged for stopping this, but every time there is a new sales person on the other side. Thank you for making my life hell, I'll try to get rid of this credit card ASAP.

Went to FAB Dubai Shk Zayed branch to get iSave account. While the lady was helpful, she completely failed to inform me (even though I asked) that once an account is opened, I need to open iSave separately. She only explained that I just need to transfer money to the newly opened account and that was it. So my deposit has been sitting there without earning any interest. Moving my money out.
