I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tesla workshop in Abu Dhabi for some maintenance on my Tesla vehicle, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From start to finish, the team at the Tesla workshop went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of exceptional.

The staff at the workshop were knowledgeable and highly skilled, and they took the time to explain the maintenance process to me in detail. They made sure that I was comfortable with the work they were performing on my vehicle and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise.

What really stood out to me was the level of care and attention to detail that the team at the Tesla workshop showed throughout the entire process. They treated my vehicle as if it were their own, and made sure that it was returned to me in pristine condition.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Tesla workshop in Abu Dhabi to anyone in need of maintenance or repairs for their Tesla vehicle. With their exceptional service, knowledgeable staff, and commitment to customer satisfaction, they truly set the standard for automotive workshops in the region.

I am very satisfied with the Model Y and it even exceeds my expectations.
It’s just fun to drive this car.
But unfortunately the service is pretty bad.
Unfortunately some of the staff were not very friendly and helpful.
During the delivery process, a total of four employees were involved who apparently did not communicate properly with each other, which led to misunderstandings.
It would be much more efficient if there was only one contact person at your side who would properly inform you about all steps and requirements necessary for the delivery.
The delivery date was changed four times without asking me beforehand whether this date suits me.
It is also unacceptable that the customer who buys a new car has to collect the license plates from the factory themself.
I don't think it's a big deal for Tesla to get the license plates and put them on the vehicle before delivery.
On top of all that, the Model Y handover only took five minutes, with absolutely no briefing on the vehicle's various functions.
When asked, the Tesla employee claimed that the latest firmware update (2023.12.5) was installed, but that was not the case.
The tire pressure was also not checked before delivery and it was much too high.
If someone wants to buy an electric car and expects good service, I will not recommend Tesla to them.

Great Experience visiting the showroom.. u can book a test drive for 30 mins, during which u r all by urself… Thats a welcome change from normal test drives… The staff is welcoming n very cooperative… You get to see all the different model variants here, so its a must visit if ur planning or looking fwd to switch from ICE to Electric…

Terrible management
I have ordered a Tesla more than three months ago and till this day it has not arrived. It keeps getting delayed and it’s really hard considering I have sold my previous car and have no car to commute to work. The original date that I should’ve received it was a long time ago, and it’s still taking longer. I haven’t received any phone calls from them until yesterday and the phone call was in regards to an availability of the car seats option and a possible change. It is ridiculous that they waited more than three months to contact me about this situation. I would love to resolve this as soon as possible.

Had quite a few things needing done on my car, these guys had it sorted and back on the road in no time, definitely recommend them. Prices are great and the service is fab, Will be back when I need to be.

Car remap

Excellent garage, dropped my car off at 9:30am and it was done by dinner time.

Also rang with information found on the car to make me aware.

Offered me a lift back to work when I dropped it off aswel, great service would 100% use again.

Use the lads at tw autocare for all my work on my car and would recommended ???? no messing around. The work is done when promised. And very fairly priced.

After a “free” health check I was told by Hyundai that things needed doing on my ix35 so asked TW Autos to do the work (of course) and, after a lot of time spent investigating, they told me that everything was actually fine with it and nothing needed doing. They didn’t charge me for their time and I’ve never seen such honesty from a garage! A nice, friendly bunch of lads who I couldn’t recommend more highly. 100% trustworthy and I will definitely be using them again.

Had my car for a clutch replacement and gearbox service. Car was repaired in really quick time and work done to highest quality, car drives like new. Would highly recommend this garage to anyone who needs any work done on your car as you know it will be done to highest standards, and prices are really reasonable and affordable.
