Garbage service . They still live in the stone age and they dont deserve to carry the name FAB. Their atm swallowed my card ,and i am the one to be penalized for that and i cannot issue one online or on the phone and when i visited the said branch they didnt only request my ID but also my passport. Why then ID is needed ? Old school procredure. Not to mention, they gave me a hard copy application form and said better to scan it and stamp it to avoid rejection. All industries evolved accept banking sector in UAE, they progress backword!

Very bad customer service. First of all its very difficult to reach customer service team need more than one hour phone wait.. after connect they will try to transfer to complain section for futher discussion. But its more than month that complain team not able to attend call.. after alot request to call agent they able to transfer call.. and got case number visa text that my case will solve in 3 days... Now its 3 weeks... No email response no phone response...

this is just a big organised scam, i deposited my money three days in my account three days ago and and upto now there is no money when you go to the branch they tell you to call the customer service, when you call the customer service they dont pick up the phone. ive been trying to contact them for three consecutive days and no answer at all. i can not even talk to any person.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ,TODAY I CALLED THEM TWICE ONE WAS 39 MINUTES SECOND WAS 32 MINUTES BACK TO BACK , THERE WAS NO REPLY FROM , ALWAYS SAYING ALL AGENTS ARE BUSY.. WORST OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER , EXPERIENCED NOT ONLY TODAY BUT ALSO MANY TIMES.... CANT EVEN GIVE ONE STAR...
