This shop sell fake and defect products. This shop owner claim that they are the official reseller of caterpillar boots in Abudhabi and they claim all the shoes are there latest model and good quality. But I purchase a boot for 450AED and after two weeks the sole started come off from the boot. I reach-out the shop and they are very rude and didn’t even try to help me. I contacted caterpillar helpline email and they said this shop is not in their list and the shoe i bought is discontinued product from 2015 due to manufacturing defects. These shops are selling defect products and trap the customers with a lot of lies. Don’t ever trust the salesman there, he is a born lier!!!

I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!!

I recently bought a safety boot from this shop. They are very expensive in this shop.l and most of them are very old model. The sales man don’t have any professional experience. He give me false information to make me buy the boot. After i reach home I carefully inspect the boot and i found miner defects and the box was for a different model. I went back to them next morning to replace the shoes and they said the specific boot i bought was in offer price and they cannot replace it for me. I ask them for the exact box and manual book but they refuse to give me. But after a hour long negotiation he is ok to choose a different model. When i check other models some of them are replica or duplicate boots. When i informed the staff. They were rude to me and even some customers they are also confirmed they found fake caterpillar boot there. I already register a complaint with proof to ministry of abudhabi. Be careful i don’t recommend this shop if you want to buy genuine products!

Decided to go in looking for a pair of shoelaces. A South Asian salesperson asked me how many holes and I told him 8 holes and even showed him my shoes. Paid AED20 and asked for a discount but they didn’t give. Went home and tried to put on the newly purchased shoelaces and found out that they are way too short for my pair of shoes. Went to a nearby hypermarket later and found the same quality pair of shoelaces for AED2.50. Don’t ever think of going back to this store again. ????

I had purchased one Caterpillar safety shoe from here on August 2018.With in 2 week it's get damaged,not to trust purchase branded items from here.
