Nice staff, well behaved, neat & clean environment, give them to refresh your car and meke yourself with tea and coffee.
BUT, dont ever dare to forget your service booklet, if some coupon or leaflets are missing. Dont blame the staff......

The worst garage that give everyday new word and so slow in working and when done working, the car is not repaired 100% just cheap work and I don’t suggest anyone to try this worst experience. Auto Central um ramool Dubai.

Had the best service. I always come to fix my car, they are always accurate with time and do their best to fix anything needed. They always advise to do the necessary. Ask for Tamer he is super helpful!

I have given my car for general service & oil change. During service it was informed by service supervisor to change the brake switch and he told that he will update the price. But till the service completion, he didn't informed about the part price, finally he handover the car after 3 hours. When i switched on the car, it was showing as "Service required" in the electronic cluster. I was told by supervisor that, no other person is available today and come back on Monday to change the brake switch. Tax invoice not given for the service, because no cashier available; Payment receipt not given, because paper not available. Everything ends up in bad impression of Auto central.

Honestly, very bad service. The car is almost in the service for more than 2 weeks and sadly they did not do anything. Whenever I call them, they pretend they are still waiting for the spare part from Sharjah. I lost the trust on them. I will take my car. They are wasting the time of customers. Nice building but poor service.

I was doing my car service in auto central the service was excellent but Unfortunately last sun I visited the branch and kept my car for fixation after the accident till today morning they didn’t submit the claim for the insurance to get the approval , every day I lost 300 aed today I went there o was soo upset because I’m losing money and time because their team new don’t know how to work on the system, I understand that they need time but someone should be there to help them and serve the clients, while I was shouting and complaining the branch manager was setting in his room and closed the door and I’m sure he saw me but didn’t go out from his office to ask what is the issue with the client tell I asked the team to let him go out from his office, I asked him u doesn’t hear me no one here to help your team don’t know how to use the system so they hold my car for three days for nothing, instead of make me calm he start to tell me don’t speak to me like this and start to train me how to talk with him while I’m crying as a leady keep going to Mosaffa7 and leave my work because of bad Managment !!!!
I was going their because of the customer service while their prices not low.
Not recommended at ALLL
