Had some time in Abu Dhabi between meetings and this place came highly recommended. Popped in for a quote re fixing rim damage to one alloy wheel and also some paintwork, where I'd scraped my Mercedes SUV, getting it into a car park. Shaju and his team did an immediate "smart repair" on the spot! Was blown away by speed of service and also the value (AED 900 included fixing my wing mirror too). They have a branch in Dubai too, which is handy.

اذا كان عندك اَي مشكله في الصبغ السياره أو خدوش أو عفصات مر عليهم و هم بيخلصونك ( شاجو ، رفيق ) كنت بصبغ باب كامل لكن الحمد لله علجو لي المشكلة وكأنها مب موجوده

Great commitment in the face of adversity! Half the roads were closed around Chepstow, however K&M managed to get to us and get us to our destination both ways

We used their service over the weekend which was 2 8seater minibuses from the wedding venue. Great service, absolutely immaculate and prime 8seaters which kept the ladies happy and comfortable. Driver Anita was fabulous. So elated with the company and service standards and will surely be using again. Thank you To the team at K&M

We booked K&M Taxis in Chepstow at the last minute after being let down by another cab company late on a Friday night. The lady who took our booking was friendly and professional. She found us a taxi at the last minute who was on time and drove well.

We booked another set of journeys on leaving the cab which the driver kindly arranged for us with the business owner despite being late at night.

Used K&M taxis while in Chepstow to pick up luggage and deliver to our hotel at certain time. They delivered on time and informed us of the delivery time and person recieved it. Also used them again to get back to the train station. Lovely cars, friendly service, and always kept informed through texts of their locations. Thank you for your service and we will use you again. Also driver johny was excellent.

I phoned the day before and booked a Friday evening return journey for eight people. They took the call, made the booking and I received confirmation texts. A tidy people carrier and driver arrived on time to the minute for both the journey out and the late return. ????

Absolutely disgusted with K&M taxis tonight. Booked a 5 seater for a return journey from Lower Church Street, Chepstow to Sedbury earlier in the week, which they said they could do. Turned up with a four seater doing 2 trips as apparently the car for 5 was unavailable (which was ok) but then charged £18 for one way as it was two cars. Needless to say I cancelled the return journey and booked with a more reasonable company.

We tried everywhere to get a taxi to and from a wedding from a list if taxies from the two rivers hotel and they gave us. Some don't work Sundays others seemed quite abrupt as only 15 minute journey. Called K&M and what a difference in service gentleman on phone was amazingly helpful, gave us time , costs and the drivers Enid and Jenny where helpful friendly and amazing. Next trip to Chepstow will only call K&M taxis amazing brilliahelpful and friendly service.

100% rip off merchants. Driver a lovely guy but clearly worried of repercussions of showing common sense. Central office not to be trusted. Took advantage of late night fare. Very very disappointing. Have paid less from London to Cardiff.
