I had a very good experience at this place. Very professional service center and managed to service my car in no time. Staff are very friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable. Special thanks Haitham who was very kind and helpful throughout the whole experience. Totally recommend for Mercedes service.

I called Cell Auto Workshop when I couldn't start my ML500. They arranged for a Recovery Truck to come and pick my vehicle and within one hour called and informed me of the problem. In addition they had identified another issue that was brewing in the Power steering. Had them both attended within one and a half days and collected the car this morning. Now few hours later I got a call from Haitham the service advisor inquiring about how I felt driving it! Very good after sales service! Well done. Keep it up.

So far very good experience. Madhoo is really a supportive guy. He listens to the issues carefully and will explain reason and method how to rectify it.
