Worst experience ever.
I rented a JAC7 for one month on May 17 with 100% insurance.
I face a tyre burst on 1st June, when I call the company they said they will replace the car but you have to pay the tyre charges because it is not insured (that make sense because usually insurances doesn’t cover it). Outside the price of a same new tyre cost was 273 AED but they charged me 495 AED. I was okay until this moment.
I returned the car on 23 June, and I paid all the dues including Salik, rent, and tyre repair cost. I still have all the invoices.
But on July 07 they send an email for access mileage cost, rent, salik, and repair cost again. Because they had my bank card account details, so without informing me they deducted 1544 AED from my account.
They didn’t even returned my security deposit of 1000 AED.
I am sending the emails to them trying calling them, but they are not responding.
I must say this company is a total fraud, they take your credit/debit card and will use it without informing you.
Highly not recommended.

They deduct unjustified money from my bank account because they had my bank details.
I tried to contact the help desk, they said it’s done by mistake and they will make necessary procedures to make the reversal. But they are not doing anything. I am asking them to give me a time or day when you will return my money but they never reply.
Don’t rent a car from them, they will misuse your bank details and deduct extra charges without informing you.

Autostrad Rent a Car has unsatisfactory billing practices. They deducted additional fees from my account without prior information, leading to a severe dent in my trust for them.

I've been unsatisfied with the service from Autostrad Rent a Car. Unanticipated charges were levied on my account without proper communication, leaving me frustrated and confused.

Also the car given was accident cars with reverse parking sensor broken due to previous accident , not repaired
