One of the best features of this building is the security system, I feel safe and secure at all times and the building security team is always present and vigilant. Additionally, the maintenance staff is prompt and responsive, quickly addressing any issues that arise in my unit. The management team is also outstanding! Friendly and Professional.

Absolutely HORRIBLE building to live in. I've lived here for one and a half years, and the fire alarm constantly rings and disturbs the residents at odd hours of the day and night. I have not had a peaceful night's sleep in months. I wake ups startled and scared every other day because the alarm is extremely loud. There was also a real fire and most of the residents did not leave the building because they thought it was another fake alarm. This was extremely dangerous. Along with that the building refuses to fix this issue and install a proper system.

Also, my air conditioning duct is directly above cabinets, so if they want to clean the A/C system, they need to remove the entire cabinet which takes over an hour to just to do a 10 minute job. If you are looking to stay here, I highly recommend that you do not. It is an awfully maintained building, and I shall be leaving as soon as my current contract is up.

Nice place where find most of you need under one roof. You can find "George" in upstairs with a nice collection of textiles. And there's a cafe upstairs with a baby station equipped with microwave etc. And a offers for kids during summer.
Overall nice experience.????

A good Asda. We don’t go to our local ones because they have deteriorated. This one is how we remember them. The fresh food looks good. And they have a nice little cafe upstairs

The cafe food is vile, I had pie, mash and peas. No gravy for the mash, a lot of the dough on the pie was uncooked and the other side was so overcooked it was difficult to cut the pasty. How is that even possible?

Large sections of the produce aisles are often left empty, empty boxes often litter the store, tills are left unmanned and the self check-outs don't have enough staff to assist all customers.

And despite having a very large car park many people use the Blue Badge parking without displaying Blue Badges and no action is taken.

Why not enforce Blue Badge parking and donate the money to charity?

We visited the asda this afternoon to use the create your pizza counter. When we arrived the counter was unmanned and had a notice saying that the create your own pizza was closed due to unforseen circumstances. Whilst we were looking at the premade pizzas, a manager came and removed the sign and then walked out back. We assumed someone was on their way so went to pick up some other things. When we we returned about 10 minutes later there was a quite a large queue at the counter but still no one arrived. We waited a further 5 minutes and then finally a member of staff came and told us that the counter was in fact still closed because they didn't have any pizza bases in stock. Why did the manager remove the sign if this was the case? We looked around at the frozen pizzas and there was hardly any stock. There seems to be stocking issues at this store, besides the pizzas, but it was particularly annoying about the pizza counter. It's not the first time we have seen this sign either, but at least previously the information was there to say it wasn't open, and didn't keep people waiting around.

I asked the Asda Foreign Currency Agent "what the rate was for the Canadian Dollar to the Pound", Staff response "look at the board".

Pathetic service, unhelpful staff. Overall shopper experience was simply pis* poor customer service provided by Asda Coventry. I'll take my business elsewhere!

This fantastic service in back. Really can't thank the leadership and staff of Walesgrave Asda enough. Thank you so much!

They're still making pizzas however the Create your own pizza has been 'unavailable' for a long time now. Been given various excuses; staff are having a tough time from frustrated customers. This is a pure Management issue, not a staff issue.

Went into store today. Bought a pack of 3 'fresh' onions. Got home and had to throw all 3 onions away in the bin (brown and rotten inside, leaking a thick milky liquid and the smell was horrific). Called asda customer service and was advised there is nothing they can do and I had to go back to store. It would cost me more in petrol to go back than the onions! Dreadful customer service and vile idea of 'fresh veg'. Its disgusting that asda staff are so unbothered by customers receiving rotten goods, especially when the prices of food at the moment have gone so high.
