Worst experience from al Wahdamall branch,
I went to there shop to buy baby swing, in online price is 368 less, but in the shop price is 399, they told me if you order online it will take 3 or 4 days, and advise to buy it from there, before buying i asked krishna it will work or not he told it will work properly, and he show me the sample pc, for one to ten times I asked it work or not, he told it will work, when I fix in the home it’s not working, when I asked him to check he said he can’t come , he don’t have vehicle, just bring me to the shop, after paying full amount product is not working, when I asked service, they are telling me to bring the product, worst service, and when I went to the shop morning today like more than 30 minutes no sales person in the shop. Only the brand name but worst service

Worst experience,they keep me waiting for 50min for payment, many mistakes,staff rude and unprofessional,the cashier and the supervisor lie about introducing Fazaa card then about redeem Shoukran point,50min waiting to resolve their successive mistakes by the end I had to cancel if not they will let me wait more time and keep taking other customers.very bad behavior,
disrespectful supervisor, poor customer service, no management or customer services skills.i made claim about that branch, no body contact, dishonestly and scammering

We have bought a giggles travel cot for a gift last Tuesday but found out that they give us juniors travel cot instead which is cheaper than we bought. Now we cannot exchange since we lost the receipt already so we don't bother to go back because for sure these people will make us on fault since we dont have the receipt anymore. In the receipt they charge us in giggles cot price but they gave us the wrong product. We even confirmed to the sales lady she said that the one they gave is is the one on display. Very disappointed at your staff here at alwahda. ????????????????????????????????????????????

The the the the worst customer service by the billing staff this night. We will never forget her insulting way of talk when we tried to express the non alignment of the wheel which was just bought having mild jerks due to non Alignment of a stroller after we bought and used with my kid sitting on it to drive out of the shop. She was kept insisting that's the same like the other one when we asked her opinion on how she feels. Wanted to exchange with the other one which is perfectly moving without any jerks, the same brand, same price while we were still inside the shop. Kept asking us are we going to change our mind again!!!. We have never experienced this sort of customer service in life time so far. We bought with money and got an vert unpleasant experience. Will never go to this branch anytime in future.

Yesterday I bought a avent sippy cup with bendy straw a color green one.. I was dissappointed because the bendy straw is not there. The cashier is a bit rude too when I was at the cashier. I understand she is at hurry but her attitude towards me is alit bit off because she is in a hurry to close her POS. I will come back later and return the item. I cannot use an incomplete sippy cup.

The worst experience i had ever, i went to shop yesterday, they were a sale going on, so after shopping we went for payment, the queue was so long, and the cashier got stuck with one of the customers regarding a voucher, they took so much time and did not finished, i went to the supervisor to ask her if they will took more time, she was so rude and answered in very bad way, by the time 4 customers left due to that situation, after i paid i asked for the manager to talk to her but unfortunately she didn’t showed up after keeping me waiting for almost 20min, i believe you guys are doing sale and offers to get more customers not to lose them, very bad behavior, so disrespectful manager, poor customer service, no management skills, so disappointed and i won’t recommended for anyone

Booked two taxis with this firm to get to and from points on the Pembrokeshire Coast path. Two different drivers, both punctual and friendly, and with spotless cars. Carol(e) (sorry if misspelled!) in the office was brilliant, keeping in touch throughout, which was some comfort as I was travelling to and from remote places. Fares were also about 70% of what I was quoted by other local firms. Would absolutely recommend this firm, they are exactly what a local taxi firm should be.

Terrible service, driver began his meter from £5 and the meter was reading at 20p every second and ended up paying £83 from Pembroke to Johnston

Driver was waiting when I arrived at the Railway Station, lovely comfortable drive and a friendly cheerful driver. A fair price, definitely value for money. I highly recommend booking them and so 5 stars from me!
