Disaster. The service is so slow! I waited almost 30min. And in the end the pizza was horrible , I ordered "Ultimate cheese" pizza and got a "Ultimate BURNT" pizza. So shamfull for pizza hut

The Man who was talking the order today Shouted at me today saying that THER IS NO ORDERS 2 times in front of people and it was so early at 10:00Pm.
I asked him to speak polite and to respect the customer but he didn't care and lied about it.
I end up not taking the order because I got kicked out in very road way for no reason.
So disappointed ????

Had to wait for 30mins to collect my single person order of 1 menu item.
This was on a day when only few people were ordering from here.
Larger groups who ordered after me received their food before.
Manager looked like least bothered person in the store.
My friend who I came with already ate and left by the time my food arrived.
Not going to eat here again, and also won't recommend.

The incharge is soo rude and has no manners on how to behave with customers. All the customers who visited were upset with his behavior... Kindly check into it.... Nobody in the counter to take order and after soo much of calls the person comes and behaves very rude

Very bad experience. Worst ever pizza i had from pizza hut in Wahda Mall. The stuffing was just by name. Need a lot of improvement in terms of staff behaviour and quality.

Worst management and heavily understaffed.

They can’t even put sauce on the pizza properly.

The manager at this time treats his staff very badly.

Please rectify this mistake.

Pizza was too dry cant eat properly teeth will fall out ???? and garlic bread cheese too less quantity and the cashier being ???? bald man one????u200d???? service very slow u can travel whole wahda that much taking time and small pizza ???? b4 was lil large selfish ughh wtever and no drinks paid extra 5 dhs ????????

The supervisor has a very bad behavior and usually Pizza Hut every Tuesday buy one and get the other for free in all branches except the Al Wahda Mall branch because of the supervisor in my multiple visits it always tells me that the medium size is not available and my last visit refused to receive the order on the pretext that the oven is full of a substandard branch because of the administration unlike Hamdan Street branch exactly
