only 1 person at the reception at almost all times or there's never anyone there, why? last time i went i was waiting for my number to be called but the receptionist was chatting with the security guy and laughing for 5 minutes and then they called my number. and when i approached he desk and sat, did you think she started giving me her attention? nope. she was watching a funny video on the security's phone and they were both laughing for about 2 minutes. then when she finally spoke to me and i told her about my request she told me "go see another recipient idk how to print your health certificate" and there was only her at the reception... what recipient doesn't know how to print? she was obviously being lazy and wanted to chat more. Worst experience in a hospital. she was very rude istg idk how this place just literally hires anyone

Long time waiting just to be registered, then long time waiting for nurse to check you up then long time waiting for doctor, their doctors are always sleepy, their staff are tired too because they are short staff all the time every day.
There is a lot of patients sick, crulying and fighting

The registration process is pathetic, it took 1 hour to reach my token number and the registration receptionists were not available properly.
Also there is only one guy serving in the pharmacy section, which is taking too long to attend to all the patients.

i went this morning, took the cue number from automated machine, number was never called, til i saw that there wer like 4 named was called ahead of me, i went to the reception and ask if my cue number is still waiting or should i take another again and wait again in line..then she told me that i still have to wait for my name to be called. the other staff is ok and nice to deal with my concern. the doctor who Dx me is very nice and explained everything. plus the lady who works at the xray room her smile is very contagious????... but the receptionist at counter 10 i think she always had a rough day, grouchy and mean (i understand im only an Expat) and she's Arabic. its Ramadan month, for my understanding, Ramadan is Month of Peace, Love, Happiness,Consideration...Understandings.. but her i just wish her that Allah Will bless her with A very Good understanding and more patiently when handling patients not only for her own kind, for everyone regardless of race. after all she accepted that job, and Its a HEALTH CARE CENTER, (CARE)...

i called 80050 and i was told the doctor am asking for only for walk in patients but when i made it there they told me 5 patients ahead of me waiting for their turn , i waited for one hour and a half and then our papers got distributed to the other physicians as there was a sick patient , so i couldn’t wait more for normal check up as i had a meeting , the receptionist guy was nice and told me i can come tomorrow and gave me an appointment at 5 for the next day , so i showed up at 4 pm next day and had to explain all the above to the receptionist and they told me there is an issue regarding the approval as it was issued yesterday ( thiqa approval duration was for a month ) but it seems the ppl working at the reception are not aware as a result i had to wait for another half an hour at the reception, so they can resolve issue , in addition to that i had to wait another half an hour to see the doctor while my appointment was at 5 , ( whats the point of having appointments if the facility cant stick to the timings !!!!!
Am sorry to say this but this is my Worst experience ever,, ( spent 2 hrs and a half just for a normal check up and injection)

Very well maintained visited for the COVID-19 vaccination, very systemically vaccination was given taking all the precautions and health check up

Yes, the clinic looks good and is spacious, but the receptionist / person at the counter works as if she owns the place. A smile could go a long way madam, and atleast tell the patient, “take a seat, this will take some time”. Abu Dhabi city clinics are much much better. Had to come here out of necessity. Will never opt this

Lahney Cottage was spotless and cozy. Eva did everything she could to reassure us both before and after our trip.

Thank you too Eva for the tea, milk, butter and bread. We also used the very modern oven, which was brilliant.

Staithes was very friendly. We got logs and tinder from a nearby house and regularly bumped into fellow dog walkers on the beach.

Beautifully presented and well equipped. Perfect location sitting at the bottom of the village near the harbour. Thank you Eva for providing bread, butter, milk, teas, coffees ect. Always a pleasure to spend time in Lahney Cottage. We will return to our second home when work permits.

Lovely small cosy cottage that has all the facilities you will need for your stay. Well suited for one to two people.

Situated near the harbour, beach, access to coastal walks, and a pub for food and drinks :)

Bijou Cottage with a brilliant host very attentive to all your needs nothing seems a bother. Dog friendly would recommend this place a quaint lovely peaceful cottage can't fault it fell in love with the place

Please note this cottage is very very small, not very clean and is both damp and moldy!! But its in a good location and has a great local pub.

Beautiful. Well equipped and easy reach of everything. The owner, Eva, she was a truly wonderful lady with any help we needed.
I'll definatly be rebooking
