Ordered some cold refreshing drinks.

Worst bus experiance ever being shouted at by a nasty bus driver for the app not working. Customer services are useless and don’t care about anything either

You need to sort your bus drivers out!! Alot of them are immensely rude and today he only pulled up for like 5 seconds when he could clearly see that there were more school kids to pick up right next to the bus but he shut it and started driving off. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and the busses are filthy. This company does NOT deserve to run whatsoever!!

My children use the St Benedicts bus service not only is the bus regulaly late, dirty and breaks down but they have the nerve to continually increase the bus fares! I already pay over £1000 per year for this service.
Also sort out the change policy. You've increased the fare by 10p it would be acceptable for the driver to have change OR make the fares payable by a card machine.

Told that bus to Alton towers had already passed our stop even though we were at the stop about 40 minutes before the bus was about to arrive and nothing had come passed. Got to next bus stop and were told the bus was waiting there even though there were no buses around. Useless service. How a company like this keeps going I'll never know. Would give zero stars if I could.

Bus didn't come on the decided stop from Alton to Nottingham. Useless services, didn't answer on customer service center also.
