Great experience first time using this place. Smooth check in, guys were really helpful. They asked to park right outside their reception space so that they could park later in a space according to your booked dates. They give you a slip with a unique code. Shuttle buses run almost every 15 minutes in the morning to airport. It took us about 8 minutes to get right outside the terminal. On return, you need to call on their number and leave your surname and unique code, so that they can arrange to pick you up, bus arrived in 10 minutes after leaving the message. However I didn’t receive any confirmation after leaving the message- guess this is the only drawback if that counts- probably would be good to get a message back that they have received your request? Again it took only 6 minutes from airport to parking place. Instructions were clear re the lane they had parked my car, so again no issues finding the car. They hand you a slip with a code to exit- just press that four digit number on your exit in the machine. So overall great experience. I guess prices may differ but I paid 27 pounds for a day when booked through the website. You could also get car washed or valet perhaps. Optional service- They charge extra 10 pounds if you need to be immediately collected or dropped off.

I have used flying scot so many times and recommended to so many people but I won't be from now on.

I had been away for a week and had no issues with the driver of the bus etc. He is always so pleasant and helpful especially when you have lots of luggage as he's always on hand to help lift and bring it out so my stars are purposely just for him.

My problem began when I received my car back , as I had used them a few times I became more relaxed with leaving any cars here as I never had any issues before... how wrong was I... we were a little later coming home and I had my daughter to get settled etc so didn't think to check my car , it wasn't until I got home I had actually released that someone had banged the back side of the car.

As soon as I was aware of this I phoned to see if they had any cctv so I could see what happened so if it was a driver I could put a claim in and i was on the phone with the most defensive woman on the phone saying " do you not think you should have checked the car before you left. That's not our problem that someone decided to damage your car. Our cctv only holds 40hours so they refused to look".. the more I think of it, where my car had been parked it was where the buses, vans that they use are all parked, the boot was facing to the shop side which made me think was this their doing. They are taking no responsibility at all and told me I need to check t&cs more carefully next time.

I know stuff like this happens all the time but to not even have any sincerity just absolutely enraged me.

I've now gotten more on edge since leaving my car as in the 10 years of me driving I've never had any damage to my cars and now coming back from a holiday all relaxed to now forking out even more money to sort a problem that wasn't even mine.

Recommend to all and will use many times again! Excellent value for money, way cheaper than official airport parking. Location is within Paisley and not adjacent to airport. Book online in advance. On arrival you park at reception, check in and drop off your keys. There are loos adjacent to reception. You then just wait a short while for the dedicated minibus/bus to take you direct to the airport. Journey took 5-8 mins. On return, at baggage reclaim you call their automated line from the free phone, state your details, and then proceed to where you were dropped off on the way in. The minibus/bus will be waiting for you and other passengers also on the same flight. Back at the car park, reception staff return your keys, direct you to where your car has been parked and you're good to go!

This secure parking arrive is first class. I dropped off my car at 4.30am in the morning and was driven immediately to the airport by the bus transfer service. Five minutes from Glasgow Airport with no fuss Whatsoever. Great service , friendly service . Very competitively priced also.
On returning to Glasgow airport I called from the freephone in the baggage hall and when I walked to the B2 parking section the Flying Scot bus was there waiting. Highly recommended service .

After having oarked in Edinburgh airport car park where my car had a 360 deg pic taken and one small carpark ding found (4 weeks ago) and now retired so car not used much we parked here for a holiday in Benidorm! On return I found several scrapes and a bigger dent, showed the manager who stated he has a card saying these marks were on the car on arrival(at approx 3am in the dark) more like after they hit the car they recorded the marks- his attitude was to shrug his shoulders and walk away - kinda not my car not my problem. I have posted this same event on facebook as was totally sickened by the whole event

In my eye STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS CAR PARK !!

Have previously used car park and had no issues however this time I decided to have my car valeted whilst it was in! Collected car at 3am on my return date so was very dark! On looking at my car in the daylight on my return home it was absolutely terrible!!! There was no way it had been cleaned and the bits that did have the cleaning solution on hadn't even been wiped off so car was covered in a white residue!! I emailed flying scot that day to advise and they told me an outside company carries out the valets and they would contact them! They then advised that because I hadn't reported it before leaving the car park they couldn't do anything!! I don't know how anyone can inspect the cleanliness of a car in the pitch dark!! A week later and still no further reply! I will never use this company again and neither will all the friends and family I recommended before

I paid £66.59 for a 2-week stay from 7th May to 21st of May.

We had a terrible experience and I requested a full refund. A manager replied saying sorry and that he will investigate but ignored my refund request. I e-mailed him back and he said there would be no refund!

On the 7th of May, we arrived at the car park just after 4 am for our 6.40 am flight. The queue for the bus was already huge and it was clear that we wouldn't be getting on the next bus. The bus arrived about 10 minutes later and we didn't get on it. I was with my wife and my 4-year-old son. My wife was very anxious about us missing the flight and my son has autism so waiting for another 20/25 minutes was a nightmare. When the bus finally arrived we received no help from the driver at all as he said his 'shoulder was sore'.

When we came back yesterday again there was a huge queue at the airport and we didn't get on the first bus. When we got back to the car park and collected the car I noticed that the grounds on which the cars are kept is not in a good state. As I drove out of the facility within 1 minute my car said I had a puncture. I phoned the office and was told that the pump was broken. I had to phone the RAC and waited 2 hours for them to come. This experience put a real dampener on our holiday. We are going back on holiday at the end of this year and will be looking for parking again but at this stage would not be using Flying Scot.
