تحتاج إلى مزيد من التنظيم والتوسيع في الغرف واعداد مطبخ خارجي وتوسعة الصاله الداخلية لأن المطبخ خذ حيز أكبر بالإضافة إلى أنه لا توجد خصوصية مابين الجيران بسبب اطلالة البالوكانات مباشرة على بيت الجيران كذلك الشوارع ضيقة مما تفتقد السلامة المروية

Outside designing is amazing , street designs are breathtaking I could describe it as the most beautiful living area I've been , but if you get a little deeper in the inside design you will find many structural mistakes, the pipes , Sanitation, phone and internet cables , everything is messed up I wish if they focused more in the inside before the outside , also the temperature in Al Ain is over 40 degrees celsius most of the time what were you thinking when you built 2 balconies???????????
التصميم الخارجي مدهش ، تصميمات الشوارع مبهرة ، ويمكنني أن أصفها بأنها أجمل منطقة للمعيشة ، لكن إذا فحصت اعمق قليلاً في التصميم الداخلي فستجد العديد من الأخطاء الهيكلية والأنابيب والصرف الصحي وكيبلات الهاتف والإنترنت ، كل شيء غير منظم أتمنى لو ركزوا أكثر في الداخل قبل الخارج ، كما أن درجة الحرارة في العين تزيد عن 40 درجة مئوية معظم الوقت ماذا كان في رأس المهندسين عندما بنوا شرفتين؟ ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ ؟؟

التصميم حلو واجد والبيت واسع، لكن لو الصبغه كانت زيتهيه احسن، والمشكله اللي فوق السطح اللي يجي لونه اخضر او بنفسجي او برتقالي....الخ اللون على حسب منطقه البيت، المهم هذا الشيء الملون ما ثابت ويطيح، وبس????
