I ordered a taxi to take us to Manchester airport. It arrived slightly early, a great start, the driver was one of the nicest taxi drivers we have used. The journey was smooth and we arrived in plenty of time. We are going to book for our next holiday for both ways. Thank you for a great experience.

My 17 Yr old daughter ordered a taxi to Rochdale train station. Taxi ordered well in advance but did not turn up. Had to ring to demand where it was, eventually it arrived but she had missed her train . She was travelling alone and not only did she have to buy a new train ticket but had to then travel into Manchester to get a train to her destination action. Financially she lost £60.00 train ticket and had to pay afurther £50.00 for her new one. All because Norden I time cannot get their act together. Don't use this company as they are not reliable.

Rang for a taxi for my parents from Norden bowling club to be told it will be 10 minutes, no problem. Never turned up so 2 pensioners up walking, very poor in my opinion

Phone NORDEN INTIME to be told we have no taxis available in Norden. Great service and not even in peak hours

I rang a taxi to get me to work 30 mins prior to having to be there. 40 minutes later it still hadn’t arrived and when I rang they didn’t seem to care or want to help. Do not use

Would give it a zero. Switchboard was rude. Said taxi would arrive in 2 mins. 15 mins later no sign of it
