Good company, part of the car 2000 town taxi, tiger, etc, etc conglomerate. Professional and mixed set of individuals. Know where you're going, just in case you get a new driver.

Usually they are great, today I ordered a taxi so I could get on my train, ordered it 30 minutes before so I would be there before it came called up 15 minutes later(15 minutes before my train, with it being a 10 minute drive) I tried to ask where it was and they ended it on me, seems a bit rude really?
However the 3 stars is because usually they’re great but definitely some rude operators every now and then.

I have ordered multiple taxis from this company that never turned up. When I ring back they say the operator hadn’t put the booking through and they will book it there and then. This has made me late to multiple things. I was struggling to get a taxi and pre-ordered a taxi an hour in advance, and its been more than 20 minutes since the time I booked it for and still no sign. Never came across a more unprofessional taxi service and the operators are so rude ! Never will be using this service again. I would give it a zero but I can’t so I give it a 1

We used them recently for airport transfers . We had 8 people and lots of luggage . They accommodated us with a Mercedes mini bus . The price was a very reasonable £56 pounds littleborough to Manchester airport .
We couldn't have been happier.

Was using them through a contract with SS. Given abuse multiple times. Taxi was pretty booked for a certain time. Always late. You phone up, you get a mumble and phone put down. Was the last time when he said I was wasting his time and do I not understand English cos he had no cars. Phone down twice. Needs to learn some social skills. Repulsive company.

Left my daughter waiting over half an hour at a bus stop,after she had finished her shift as a nurse at Birch Hill, they told her she would have a 15 min wait maximum. Terrible service!

Booked a taxi for 10.15 am, came 25 minuets early, went to the wrong address and was then not at all polite towards me. Sorry Cozy Cars you have lost my custom. Service and politeness before price as always with me.
