Absolutely rude on the phone . Just rang twice. He put the phone down I rang back to say I don't know if the phone went down but it went off. And he just laughed and was rude. I wouldn't trust these guys at all. I used to get these before and they are all just rude.. AND ALWAYS LATE disgusting terrible company. ????

I just want to say a huge thank you to John who took us and picked us up from Newcastle on Saturday. Fantastic/ friendly driver who went above and beyond for us, despite us all being very drunk! I would recommend VIP taxis and will definitely be using them again in the near future. Thanks again.

Very poor service.. taxi was half an hour late but trying to get through on the phone was a nightmare. Then when taxi turned up.. it was only a 5 seater when I booked a taxi for 6 people. Receptionist on phone when I rang suggested to all squeeze in and to be fair did not seem bothered at all and very rude in general. Will not be using again
