Food is so good. They have live cooking stations and an array if food varieties.
Ambiance is so laid back cozy and relaxed, that kind that one will enjoy the food and the place.
Staffs and team are amazing and accommodating.
If i will come back again, of course i will.
Very good experience.
Plus they offer various discounts/promos you can choose.

Great variety at a magnificent place. There is a Oud player adding to the vibrant Ramadan atmosphere. The main dishes, desserts and salads are all good and the location feels like a palace. Recommended.

The dinner buffet in Eid was amazing. The grills were fresh and so summy especially the grilled fish and grilled stake. There are variety of options. I definitly recommend. One good thing is that there is no Alcohol. Thank you very much for the great dinner and atmosphere! I remembered to take at the end only for the dessert.

We had breakfast at Al Rimal restaurant, the food was delicious with many options and varieties. Staff are friendly and proactive. The atmosphere is calm and nice. Will definitely go back to your restaurant to try lunch or dinner.

The place after renovation is much better. Food quality is better but not excellent.
Service is excellent and employees are very helpful.
Appetizers 4*, good salad bar but no cheese bar.
Main courses: good variations but not too quality of a 5 star hotel . Arabic, indian Emarati and Italian.
Tried short ribs. It was dry. Beef kebab was on display but not available to serve. . Ouzi meat was also dry. Sushi was ok but pieces are large.
Only thing I enjoyed was shawarma
Sweets are 3*. Luqaimat was saggy and soft. limited choices
I think it's expensive for the food they are providing
They may do much better for less choices and better quality food.

My colleagues and I visited for Iftar. The staff were very friendly and helped me find all the lactose free options. The food was very delicious and well prepared. The place has comfortable seating and a good atmosphere.

My family and I visited Rimal restaurant for iftar and we were blown away by the experience. The decor and ambiance were simply stunning, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The food was incredibly delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. We were impressed by the quality and taste of everything we tried.

The staff, including Mr. Prince, Mr. Jijo, Mr. Arun, and Pawan, were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our meal. Their attentiveness and care were greatly appreciated.

Overall, I highly recommend Rimal restaurant for anyone looking for a great dining experience. The combination of delicious food, beautiful ambiance, and excellent service makes this restaurant a must-visit. Thank you to the staff for making our visit so memorable. We look forward to coming back soon.

Just awful since change of ownership not blaming owner but she needs to look at who she has hired! Rude controllers and very rude drivers. Will never use again. Drivers turn up full of attitude and controller sides with drivers without even knowing full story telling customer 'it's your fault'. They will lose a lot of customers if they continue. No need for rudeness!

I used West End Lane cars a few weeks ago and felt reassured in an 8 seater vehicle (with screen) with a lovely driver (Nathan) who arrived bang on time and was very polite and great company. Only my second post lockdown journey in a taxi and I felt comfortable and reassured. Would highly recommend and will be using them again.

Very poor communications and operations - I called on 18th June to make a booking of 21st June, the lady told me they can't finalise how many cars will be available until 20th afternoon, which means the earlist time to book is 20th afternoon. When I called them on 20th June at 13:35, the lady said it's fully booked.
This is INSANE

Awful experience. Not only I waited 20' for a cab that never came, but also got insulted by text by the taxi driver. This was my second experience with them and as the first one was fine, I thought maybe it was just a rude taxi driver. When I called the office to explain what happened, I got yelled at on the phone by the receptionist, could not even speak and she hung up the phone. Avoid this place!

Very unreliable service. We had booked an airport run and had been assured that the cab was on time and outside when it was not. They were not honest about the delay and we ended up having to drive ourselves in a hurry and spending several hundred pounds on last minute airport parking. Friends have reported similar experiences.

Brilliant, reliable and competitively priced. I've used West End Lane mini cabs for the past five years, primarily for airport service. Its drivers are courteous, always on time, their cars spotless, and they text when they are at least five minutes away from my home. I love West End Lane mini cabs.

I spoke with a woman called Lorraine about opening up an account. She said she would call me back with a quote for a monthly invoice. I found this odd, as I was expecting to be given a quote on that call. Over thirty minutes has passed and she has still not called back with a quote. Unprofessional.

Not sure why I continue to book my trips with West End Lane as they’re continuously late for my trips and usually very important trips. Two weeks ago my husband and I almost missed our flight to Spain and this morning the driver was late to take me to Croydon to my visa appointment, which I can’t be late for and still en route to and may miss. The gentleman on the phone last night who booked my trip, assured me that 630 am was sufficient enough time to get me to my appointment and that he promised me the driver would not be late. The driver that finally arrived to take me after being 10 min late, informed me that he was just given the job and that I should have allocated another 30 min on my journey. West end lane cars are usually an average of 10 min late on a pickup and will almost always not be at the airport to pick you up on time, so prepare to be waiting at arrivals for at least another thirty minutes. They’ll also never take accountability for anything done wrong. If you want to get to where you’re going on time, and not be stressed to the max getting there, I would highly encourage you to not use this unreliable car service as they will let you down every time and lie promising.
