They say that you can't judge a service from the first time. Right? What about the 6th time ?. You guys charge for instant delivery a good fee. But it's not fast at all. And your customer service agents are in another universe. They don't reply well, they don't answer the questions and the don't even read the complaints. They memories what they should say and say it. Just trying their luck. And my money is gone with the wind. Keep up the bad work and just put in mind that competing in this field needs integrity and commitment

Grocery shopping made easy with @bawiq_uae
This app is a mini online supermarket which delivers within 90 minutes and they have everything yes everything even a car wash service and a mobile recharge too. The packaging was good, and the customer service executive called twice to check whether I received everything properly.

This is my first and last time to use such application. As there where items out of the stock but not mentioned when I ordered they got the money and then they call me to say they don’t have it. Plus, I ordered items with a specific brand but I received another brand. In addition, I ordered Fairy the large size 1.5 L but I review the smallest size! I don’t recommend this application for shopping.
