I purchased Yesterday night toys and while charging items was broken next day when return customer service and others telling no waranty means broken item selling in the packet, Very bad service this is nit related money its related to service.

Today I purchased one umbrella of aed 10 from this shop but it's damaged when I opened. I went to customer care and i changed the umbrella. The prize of new umbrella is 17 aed but the barcode was not in that umbrella. I think the customer care staff doesn't know the new prize. Suddenly the security who is on duty, he came and said that prize is different and i removed the barcode. I just irritated and really indignated. Without seeing how he can blame on me? Only I just select the colour. I asked them to check camera. But they said evening only they can check. The question is that without seeing why he said lie and the staff why didn't check the exact prize? The customer care staff only want to save the security. Its really bad experience. I felt really bad about this. No customer satisfaction at all. I don't want to give even one star also because of this incident. The umbrella section two cameras over there, definitely you have to check.

It has all the medium quality products in the reasonable price. I like royal gift collection for day to day shopping. Bought some household things and all are good with reasonable price.

Moderate prices for all items. Very good quality service from staffs. Cashiers in the counter are fast. I love buying food items from here. Bus access to any location in the city.

We have been here couple of times. I fond it fun to walk across the store taking my time looking at the stuff in display. We bought two beautiful plants among others for our living room.

I have a complaint about this manager is so immatured person.. im returning some items and i argue about this im angry about it. This is what he said to me “are you gonna kill me?” What an immature manager. Its supposed to be seek some solution. Not in a immature answer. So unprofessional and not fitted as manager.
