This is a review for my sister who had visited deerfields branch for pedicure and nail extension, long story short this is her first try with bedashing in terms of nail extension and it went beyond terrible. She finished her nails and was still at the mall when 3 of the nails fell off, they were closed by the time that happened so she called them the very next day and went again to the salon wherein she explained to them again what happened and they had fixed the nails. She left again and today 2 nails fell off so she went again and was very frustrated- she even showed them that 2 of the other nails were also shakey and requested to have them changed as she believes the glue isn’t that strong however they told her we will have to charge you as this would be considered as a new service- she simply rejected and told them she had visited the salon (today being the 3rd) in less than 72 hrs which is not normal nor is it right to have the nails falling. This is not the first time she goes for extension and all of her previous trials last for a good 2-3 weeks so I’m really not sure what had happened this time. The salon is beautiful but they couldn’t care less to hear her comments so perhaps now they can read it and act upon it. After reading this review I am 100% sure they will know who my sister is cause she just left their salon ????

Im so disappointed from them , i did nail polish Gel and its so bad , the gel take off my nails and broke it as well its so bad
Also my lashes extensions all fallen after 2 days since i put it . Opposite other salon they so professional

I went to the Deerfields mall branch today and couldn't fault it. Friendly, peaceful and a really good variety of colours for nails.

i love the place and all the staff there are friendly and my fav nail technician is Christine she is so talented and she is the best she is the one who take care of my nail every vist !!

Most of my visits to the salon was not as expected for manicure and pedicure because of an managed appointment booking even I booked my appointments 2 or 3 days before.
The manager every time I complain to her she said because of full clients. I said if you don’t have enough staff don’t take more clients and appointments.
I’m very upset and this branch nearby my home that’s why I visited them.
They must consider the quality and customer satisfaction.

My last visit was not as expected for manicure, the technition was doing her job quickly to finish up as fast as she can ended up with scratches on my nails. Without a consideration on the quality and customer satisfaction. They increased the prices I don’t know why, but such a price needs more qualified staff with professionalism.
