I honestly quite liked this place and employees but the last time I went the assistant manager named “Arjun” took my phone after I used the coupon on the MacDonalds app. He put a positive review of their store from the app so he can inflate the reviews and boost his store compared to the others. None should take someone else’s phone unless with permission and I am quite annoyed at his behavior

McDonald’s is located in the Deerfields Mall. Food Court area on level 4 next to the arcade. Food court has spacious dining area in front of McDonald’s but it is very noisy because of the arcade. Sometimes there is a queue and you may have to wait a bit longer. Overall food is always good from McDonald’s. Staff are friendly and polite.

I have gone to many McDonald's over Uae. But it's the 1st one where customer service is very poor. Also, in a place like Deerfield Mall, which is one of the good malls in Abu Dhabi. In weekends most often due to rush there will be delay in placing order. That's usual. But there is no rush in this McDonald's still I waited for long for their happymeal for my kids. Burger was good. I cannot say it was delicious. Very disappointed.

Can never get an order right. 4th time this month they cant get a simple order right. No cheese! All i ask for is NO CHEESE. 1st time i got no lettuce and tomato. Second time they gave me no sauce i went back and said ONLY NO CHEESE they apologized and remade the burger but gave a different burger instead of big mac beef they gave me chicken with NO LETTUCE AND TOMATO AGAIN. Everytime they fail to deliver. Please do something to fix as currently the customer service in almost all Abu dhabi outlets are very poor.

The doughnut they are selling is old. I love the doughnut in mcdo thats why i used to buy there but after that happend i dont buy anymore there doughnut and staffs also so rude.

Dont even bother calling. Premium rate number. After the generic recording saying 'we are transfering you to an adviser' and a bit of music, I was told the booking service is not available on this day of the week and to call again tomorrow....no chance
