i recently had a bad experience at the salon the nail technicians weren't great and kept adding lots of manicure coats, which wasn't what I wanted. plus i asked for a mani-pedi and they didn't even wash my feet. this was the third time I visited the salon and every experience has been worse than the last. I hope the salon improves their service for future customers

The worst hair service I’ve ever had in my life. What I wanted was to trim my hair, and that’s what master did: trimmed with not even making hair wet and didn’t care about how strait was cut and just after that she washed my hair. She did blowout and the result looked good but when I washed my hair I saw that strands were shredded. In 1 month it became more terrible…

This is my first time visiting this salon and it was an excellent experience! My hair was washed by “Mariam” who was so polite and gentle.. then i did stick on nails extensions with “Mitch” who was very friendly and polite too! Thank you for giving me a great experience ????

Its my 1st time in this spa, booked full body massage, impressed with beautiful ambiance inside. Friendly receptionist. I love visiting different spa and The Blonde Lounge is really remarkable… I love my massage - forgot to take the name of the lady who massage me but will definitely coming back! Worth the price of quality of Massage - Khalifa A branch :)

I came to blonde to get a haircut since it’s close to my house, I asked for layers and soft curtain bangs, the hairstylist was Abeer, the back of my hair looks fine but the “bangs” look absolutely horrible, she gave a bowl cut on the top part of my head. I was absolutely fuming but I held my chill and left, I have always had my haircut done this way and she absolutely ruined it! It will take months to grow back!! Like if you don’t want to do what I ask for just don’t do whatever you want and ruin customers hair! I can never wear my hair down anymore and will tie up until grows from how awful it looks! I am utterly disappointed.

Absolutely love it!
Big villa turned into luxurious spa with green eco interiors. It has everything to spend a day: hair and nail services, massage, hammam, and great facials with add of new and sophisticated machines as HydraCool and WellaShape.
Staff is knowledgeable and kind. Most of them are Filippinas.
There is also brand caffe inside to spend the relaxing time or meet friends.
The place is not accessible with a wheelchair however.

I always go to Shakhbout Branch and it’s one of my favorite salons, this time I decided to go to Khalifa city branch and the experience didn’t meet the expectations, I went for Scalp Detox treatment that am I used to doing in the other branch and I really love, however the technician and the receptionist didn’t seem familiar with it which was strange knowing it’s the same salon, I ended up explaining the treatment and she did it to me but it wasn’t the same at all. I love blonde salon but I don’t think I’d ever go to this branch again for hair treatments but maybe try nail services.

they are always late on appointments and keep me waiting , also it happened twice that i ask for a specific technician and then they give me someone else. aside from the delay on each appointment, so disappointing.
