My favorite was the Mabruma really very crisp, Basically crisp vermicelli rolls.. not too sweet but yummy with chesse also

Ibsais Sweets is a popular place for Palestinian sweets. The branch is located in Khalifa City.
I visited this place during #ramadan2022 close to Iftar time and the place was very busy. The menu is in Arabic but at least they had pictures so I just pointed and he understood. I brought one called Istanbul which had a different kind of cheese that was nice. The other one was cream. Both of the Kunafa were delicious.
Its a family run business that started in 1878. The story telling on the wall was very interesting and informative about how the business has been passed down generation to generation.
Staff are friendly and polite.
Parking space is available.

Was referred to me by my husband. They always bought from this place whenever there's occasion so might as well try this. Perfect for gifts, and brought this to my workplace for iftar. A bit busy around 6pm because it's Ramadan. And it looks like it's popular because they are good. I bought large size mabromeh for 73 aed and it's worth it. Everything loves and enjoy it.

First bad experience to me with ibsis sweets since i know them 5 years ago and used to order kunafa naameh at Jumeriah branch, but unfortunately khalifa city branch failed on that as u can see the in the photo the top layer not cooked well and so fragile , totally not satisfied ????

It's very bad konafa, and you are preparing the konafa inside the kitchen, which is not professional at all.
And always your konafa heated it up and not fresh.

Very bad , not recommended at all
They changed the traditional way to serve konafa.

Not such a friendly vibe the attitude of those ladies who take the orders. The way they react as if they're bored of their lives and zero customer service skills make you feel as if they're giving you the sweets for free.

Best place for Kunafa in Khalifa city, my favorite dish is “ Bain Narain”” it’s even better than the Kunafa. Recommended!!

Ibsais is always our first choice for authentic kunafa. They have a variety of Arabic desserts. Our personal favorites are keshneh and kunafa. Absolutely delicious.
