The salon is clean and neat, the staff are friendly and professional, the manager will help you to choose the suitable treatment with good price. Also, the music makes you feel calm and relaxed. I booked an appointment for hair treatment, as soon as I reached the salon, I found the staff and my treatment tray ready for me. Yasmeen did the hair treatment with love as she was very detail oriented. You can enjoy the massage with the treatment, when she put me under the steam after applying the oil, she used cold cotton pads on my eyes, so I can relax. I highly recommend the hair treatment at this place

My experience was nice, staff are so friendly, I booked an appointment for mani/pedi and it was good, I loved their work. however the place is not well maintained which affects the ambiance, and the nail polish options aren’t wide. Tho I recommend it if you’re looking for a place close to you and with good prices, they do some offers from time to time, ask about it too.

When the salon first opened I was happy to visit and found a lovely lady that would cut my hair even though either of us spoke the same language. This lady would put my hair up for weddings.
Over the last year I’ve sent messages and they’ve been read but not responded on a number of occasions. I’ve called and the lady on the reception is unresponsive.
I have many chances and the staff have ignored - shame as I know the owner put a lot of effort into getting the salon open and making it great.
Customer service is everything but staff are always the ones that can ruin it

I did have a bad experience with “Barbie” one time. I asked for my hair to be cut she washed it to then blow dry and straighten so she could then attempt to cut it
Needless to say she never finished the cut

Nails I did a couple of times but wasn’t happy hence I only ever did hair

I wanted only treatment for my hair , not keratin. The receptionist lady insisted that Botox hair treatment is not gonna make my hair more straight ( because I have very straight hair naturally all I needed it just to give it more shine !!!! And guess what my hair look way thinner than it’s and the treatment for short hair 750 dhs !!!!!! It’s insane they only care about the money !!!

This salon is 7 mins away from home. The only place I go for Moroccan bath with jamela is there. The massage bed is sooo comfy and the therapist is good . I like the hair stylist Manal she has experience in Saudia Arabia so she can do the real retro waves ???? tried the mormo treatment also and it was amazing ! And i recommends khadija for eyebrow

I enjoy doing my hair with Safa,, she is expert in all hair related things; blow dry, treatments, coloring,,, etc
Highly recommended ????????
