It's a boat ramp, and I do not have a boat. Why ask me to rate it? I just walked past it. Plus they launch noisy jet skis from it.

Honestly the worst business banking comapny i have ever spoken to. All i want to do is dispute a payment and i have been passed around like an unwanted present and 2 hours later i'm still holding and entering my details time and time again. I feel this exeriance will push me to moveing banks.

Inexcusably dreadful customer service. Hand delivered a mandate to Solihull HSBC in November 2022 still not working and because we haven’t had a PIN will not speak to me ! You couldn’t make it up. Remember the days when a Branch Manager was available and effective.

HSBC UK Headquarters: Situated opposite Hyatt Regency Hotel Broad St Birmingham
From my Experience today : it’s a Very New Building - Built October 2018. It is at 1 CENTENARY SQ Birmingham. The Centenary Square is Breathtakingly A Very Beautiful work of Traditional Architecture with with a modern Twist - See photos they speak Volumes

HSBC Bank UK Head Quarter - surely makes its own Statement on the Grand Beautiful cream whopper Building against the Skyline outside. On Stepping through the Main Entrance one is faced with a huge airy open space Reception Area and the Staff were very friendly Welcoming and accommodating in very way.
The BranchManager and his staff ALL went that extra mile to resolve my issues.

This is a FINE example of Outstanding & Exclusive high Standards of Good Customer Service - 5 STARS - in the Heart of Birmingham Many Thanks

First call 53 min, 3 people, no solution.
Second call 2 hours now, 2 people and awaiting for the third one. No answer yet.
This is speaking about a bad management of resources, knowledge and time. I hope this helps other customers to avoid HSBC bank.

Utterly useless - trying to contact HSBC Customer Service is like trying to talk to a pigeon on planet Venus. Nobody answers the Customer Service Number, the Chat Bot does not do what I need. I've wasted 45 minutes of my life trying to get a simple piece of information and failed - what do I do now - can anybody help? How does one speak to a human being??????????????

My husband was trying to contact them through phone number from aboard. We're waiting for almost half an hour until someone picked up the call and what happened was she picked up the phone with sleepy voice like "i just woke up". She asked for my husband name like trying to help and then Cut the line! Seriously??? It's not that cheap just to waiting for someone to pick up and then cut the Line?!?! He was trying to contact through live chat, he got fast response but still customer service said we should call ???????????? So are there any other good choices for us to do that we can really get what we want at One Stop Service???

About the worst bank in the UK! We have the misfortune to have a business account with HSBC and their telephone customer service is just completely hopeless. Needed to contact them about an urgent issue; after 50 minutes of waiting, first person to respond was in India and said he would transfer us to the correct department - he just transferred us back into the original queue, had to wait a further 30 minutes for the call to be answered. Call was answered by India again and they promised to transfer us to the correct department - just chucked us back into the original queue again. Gave up after 90 minutes waiting. Absolutely hopeless and it's the same every time! DO NOT TAKE OUT AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK!
