Rooms and services are excellent
Mr.Saviour the housekeeping guy is so nice and humble and does his job at its perfection. He was the one who has done housekeeping for my room during my one week stay. Really appreciated. Good job brother ???? ???? ????

The check in was a little slow, the concierge had to show the staff where my booking was (a file marked VIP) and I then had to return twice in an hour to reset my door card.
The room was clean and presentable, but I had to ask for the twin bed to be turned into my order - 1 double bed.
The restaurant meal that evening was excellent, however, I had not taken my phone with me and with no paper menu I had to fetch the phone from my room. I personally do not like having to scroll through my phone to find a meal.
The bar staff were exemplary with their service.

I don’t often write reviews but felt the need to extend my gratitude towards the staff throughout the hotel. I’m Currently staying at the hotel and will continue to extend my stay based purely on the treatment I receive day to day. Nothing seems to much of a problem no matter which staff members are involved, professional and extremely polite.
Rooms are attended to daily and I’d like to thank Nouman from housekeeping for always doing a great job,keep up the good work.

May Thu and Saviour from the Housekeeping are very helpful with our needs. They were able to assist us immediately. I love their hospitality. We will definitely come back I really recommend this hotel because of the nice ambience. It was a relaxing stay

A good hotel for stay whether you comming as a tourist or for professional purpose. The staff is very polite and always ready for the service and help.

The food is also nice with varieties available as per different nationalities people.

We had a great experience during our stay (family).
Mr. Mohammad from reception was so nice and helpful.
Room service was excellent, special thanks to Ms. May.
Breakfast wasn’t the most varied of all, but good quality and tasty.
Definitely recommend from our experience ????

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself exuded elegance and sophistication, with its modern architecture and tasteful interior design. The staff members were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a warm smile.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I had the pleasure of interacting with one of the housekeeping staff members, Saviour. I would like to take a moment to acknowledge his exceptional service and commendable work ethic.

One staff member, in particular, stood out among, Zahid Ali Their charisma and enthusiasm for their job were evident from the start. They exuded a genuine passion for both the cuisine they served and the guests they attended, making the dining experience not only delectable but also engaging and enjoyable.
