Anyhow, birthday present was a desaster. A gift nobody wanted. I felt betrayed and wanted to return but 1 month went by and so they wouldnt take it back. Policy is 1 week cash return. Finally after lot of talking, they agreed to give me voucher for the amount. So, at the end I was stuck with a large amount of money that I had to spend within 6 months if I wanted to or not. The whole case left a very bad impression and spoiled the brand for me. It is not professional from staff to trick customers into buying by twisting the truth.
