We walked in off the street to enquire about a possible holiday. Within 30 minutes a lovely lady named Helen had found us a perfect holiday at a great price. Everything was fully explained to us in detail. Helen helped us with all the extras seating, Airport parking etc).
A great experience....we will definitely be back to TUI Middlesbrough.

Fantastic service from Helen McGee, she helped us find a holiday that was in our budget and where we wanted to go. Booking was straight forward. Price included everything that a lot of other companies bolt on after the price is given

After failing to book a holiday previous day, I again visited Tui store today. I recieved excellent service from Becky, who was very patient, helpful and professional. Very friendly greeting, nothing was too much trouble, an excellent level of service. I walked away very happy, with two holiday bookings under my arm. Thank you Becky,and Tui Middlesbrough.

Great service in branch today. Craig was more than happy trying to assist us with making further bookings with our upcoming holiday. Happy, friendly guy who shared our humour……we’ll be back.

Visited TUI Middlesbrough Linthorpe today to book a cruise, met your agent called Claire who went over and above to assist me and my family with our holiday booking. What a pleasure to meet such a happy, helpful lady who explained everything clearly and made sure we were totally happy before going ahead and booking our cruise. Thank you very much, cant wait to get going on our cruise. CLAIRE you are marvellous.

Just booked my next holiday at TUI in Middlesborough, Absolutely amazing service from Becky in store and i would highly recommend anyone to book their next dream holiday through this store. Becky is very friendly, professional and easy to talk to which made me feel at ease from the beginning. I even got offered refreshments.

Fantastic service from Lizzie, who went out of her way to get the best possible price for our holiday. Not rushed through the process. Took her time to explain everything to us.

Will make the effort again to book our next trip with her.
